Ray Movers in Merrillville, IN moved my furniture on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 to my new apartment complex. My moving crew were AJ and Tim. They were great team players who worked very well together. AJ and Tim were kind, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and on time.They did an outstanding job! I had no worries because AJ and Tim performed the job well! I’m so excited to give this review. I utilized the service of Ray’s movers in 2022 and again today. These guys are true professionals. No standing around or taking their time. If you want to talk they’re extremely personable. However, you better be prepared to walk and talk because they don’t stand still !!! Each of my moves were to the 2nd floor and no elevator. I have very heavy furniture and an entire personal gym!!! They moved it all without complaint or slowing down. Nothing was broken or missing. If you want a successful, stress free move and reasonable rates use Ray’s Movers. And , please if you can afford a reasonable or generous tip; please tip. The laborer’s are worth their hire.

The team at Ray’s Movers were nothing short of amazing. They helped us move over an hour away and efficiently moved all of our belongings up three flights of stairs, all while being affordable and careful—we didn’t experience any moving damage at all. Everyone was incredibly kind and hard-working, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had the privilege of working with two of the movers who happen to be a Father&Son team and they were very professional yet very personable, always maintained a very understanding and gracious disposition, by the time we were done I wanted to give them a hug because I felt like I was with family. I didn’t take photos because I want to respect the privacy of others and two, I didn’t see Ray Movers until we departed, it was on the back of the work shirt of the Mover here in St. Louis, MO. Nick and Skyler are awesome ? it would be my pleasure to work with them anytime!!

Wasn’t told that upright washer and dryer cant be disconnected and moved prior to service not enough room for all my furniture and boxes. Unable to locate Sony Boom Box upon returning home same day. Inform potential clients of policy for moving items! Thank you for last minute request!

The movers admitted they moved my desk incorrectly and it broke. However, they will not pay for the damages. I had several broken plates as well. This is the second time I’ve used them and now the last. Now I’m out more money than the cost of moving for my replacement desk.
