Absolutely terrible people. My brother was involved in a bad crash on I-80 and this company was assigned to tow his vehicle. My family was completely mentally and emotionally exhausted waiting for my brother to awake from his comma which delayed us from sending this company his insurance information. After a few days the desk guy became completely hostile and didn’t believe my brother had insurance. After my brother had finally come out of his comma, I went to retrieve his belongings from his vehicle at their salvage yard. Only to realize all of his belongings and tools had been STOLEN. He approximately $5,000 worth of tools stolen from his vehicle. Both the yard guy and desk guy I believe are the ones to blame. So I strongly urge anyone who has a vehicle towed here to remove anything worth value IMMEDIATELY. Also believe the bald desk guy might be racist but I cannot confirm this. Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

Awesome company! My Lexus overheated on route 30 and I called them and they were there in 20 minutes and the guy was cool and got my car up and strapped on the tow truck and off he went to the shop! Great service I would definitely advise anyone who breaks down and needs a tow to call these guys! Great job and appreciate u guys thanks!

I've been going to Purkey's for 15 years now. My kids (30 and 29) now take their cars to Purkey's for service. Whether I was taking my kid's high school beaters or my own late model car service has been fantastic.

Awful. Following a tow for an accident, I clearly conveyed to the driver where to place the damage car at my residence, multiple times. Since I could not follow the driver to my residence, I had my adult son at home re-convey where to place the damaged vehicle when the driver arrived. Even though there was plenty of room to maneuver a flat bed, the driver ignored the multiple requests and STILL placed it right in the middle of my turnaround blocking any other vehicle access to the area. Fortunately I have the entire interaction on camera.

I was in a very bad accident, and all of my belongings were left in the vehicle. We called twice about retrieving all personal items, and each time was treated extremely rudely by who I assume is the owner. Mysteriously every single item somehow made it through the accident in my car unscathed besides my wallet, which was unable to be found. Every pair of glasses, coins, business cards, soda bottles etc remained in the car. Due to the blatant disrespect that the individual has shown me I can only assume that he is a thief. I do not like to make accusations but I have never been treated with such disrespect for absolutely no justifiable reason.
