Horrible customer service wish I could give negative stars at this point, teller was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Made me get out of line so that I can give her my account number even after I gave her my debit card and ID. Had to wait over 20 mins for her to help the person she put ahead of me. Unbelievable how untrained these people are. No customer service skills whatsoever. This bank is closer but I will definitely be going to another branch from now on.

18 year account holder with PNC. Location at this PNC is by far the worse when it comes to Customer service. I get treated far better at other banks that I don't have accounts with.

Adam Lukas is amazing to work with! He was able to get our POS, QB, Credit card processing all integrated seamlessly. Have to mention the significant cost savings on the credit card processing as well.

Horrible experience trying to open a business account. Bank is unfamiliar with corporate structures (e.g. Holding Companies) and instead of educating themselves to coming into modern times they take archaic stances. To top it off they’re quite rude and Napoleon complex comes to mind. Good thing is EVERY other bank I asked after wasting my time here understands what a holding company is and offers accounts to support our business. With so many banks failing this year you’d think they’d realize it’s get with the times or be left behind. Even more comical, I confirmed several other businesses with the same structure have accounts, which makes me think it’s not policy at all, rather an inflated sense of self-worth by a grumpy gatekeeper. All good though BMO likes our business.

RIDICULOUS!Not sure why these 1 star folks blow up in the reviews. You know how a bank works? By being thorough. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.Okay now to my review.If you’re not a 1 star, you’re a 5 star company. There is no middle when choosing banks. I enjoy PNCs banks, app and multi step authentication so it’s virtually encrypted. Thank you. Don’t let the blue collar workers down.

Nobody wants to work at that branch. They all should be fired ! Came in to see banker, they said I need appointment. Left my number so they can call me and schedule one. Didn't hear from them for few days. Decided to call and schedule but they been transferring me and then they just hang up on me. Happened 2 times ! Went to different bank. No words

The wait time in PNC drive thru is ridiculously slow , the service isn't the same like it used to be. I almost want to switch to a different bank and it shouldn't take almost a half hour in a freaking drive through. They need to do better than this!

After two years of dealing … with back-and-forth treasury department ..IRS and escalating department.. over a check that has had a hold on it it … took one weekend for Keith to lift the hold and I actually do his job!!

They are always nice to me as a customer. The ATM ate 120$ of mine in a deposit today - ugh. Still yet to receive a call about it. Was reassured by teller I would be getting a call and money would be put in my account. I woulda rather ate lunch on my break and tossed 120$ out the window - I have a personal and business account with them. Hoping they step up and resolve.

Terrible Service here... is this Indiana? Rude bank manager.... internet states bank is open to 6pm.Drive thru is supposed to be open until 6pm.That is not the case. It closes at 5pm -- can't you change the info on the World Wide Web? JesusTerrible Bank Employees
