I just went today to try and exchange. Jenika greeted me as soon as I walked In. She was a breath of fresh air. She was very nice and very attentive. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a while.The last time I tried to exchange the experience was not pleasant.I will ask for Jenika every time.

My 3 yo has been asking me for days to get her ears pierced and after doing much research I decided to bring her here and I’m soooooo glad I did. She’s 3 so of course she was scared but the young lady that pierced my baby ears was sooooo sweet and PATIENT it took about 48 mins from start to finish and never once did she act as if it was a bother to her. She deserves all the praises! Thank you so much! We went on 7/19 2nd floor location so you guys know the exact employee I’m speaking of I hope I can catch her the next time we go to the mall so I can pay for her lunch. again she was amazing!!

I absolutely love the one down stairs. The girls are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I really like the manager her customer service skills are A1 she's very friendly and has been there so long she does not just know her merchandise but actually remembers her customers it's a nice feeling to shop with someone who actually takes there time to make sure you're happy and like what you purchase not just make a purchase. I really only shop with her because even as picky as I am she never rushes me and is always 400% honest. I honestly say if your looking for jewelry go see the manager at the downstairs Location she is almost always there she'll get you right!!!

I really do love this place. But, this last visit I didn't have my glasses with me. I told the young lady helping us that I needed a new eyebrow ring because we were going out of town for business, and she sold me 2 bellybutton rings. Thank goodness I had enough time before we left to go back to the mall and exchange them. They were super kind and helpful with the exchange which really helped me from being so angry. I did learn a valuable lesson- never trust anyone but yourself when making decisions and don't leave home without your glasses!!!

Got my 18 month old ears pierced here and they were really informative and patient. They did very good with her and explained everything very well.
