NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I came here for the first time just to get my nails done on July 17th for my college graduation which was on the 20th. By the 19th 1 on my nails popped off as if it wasn’t properly glued. Then on the 20th 2 more came completely off. I don’t do any lifting or anything and this has never happened to me until I came here. I spent $63.00 for this basic nail set just for it to last 3-4 days!!!!

i never hated my nails so much! Literally cried all the way home. I got a very short full set that was just french tip and paid $63. My nails look so thick and has bubbles in it. I had to get them removed and done again somewhere else. I would NEVER ever ever return to this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I will never come back here again. 2 terrible experiences here. First terrible experience I waited patiently for over 2 hours on Angel and Erica to just be ignored and to see multiple people go in front of me that came in after me to be serviced. I left out not receiving any service. I decided to give this establishment another chance because they’re the only nail place open on Sundays basically. I walked in at 3:05pm, I was greeted by Erica and asked what I needed done. I told her I needed a pedicure and a fill in.She said okay. I sat down. She then proceeds to tell me 5 mins later that they’re closed!!! After just asking me what service I needed!!! This establishment closes at 4pm!!! I am completely done with this place. Don’t waste your time here.

Negative Stars. service from Older Gentleman with the glasses , during the service he grab the acetone bottle which was spilled on him as well as myself and I did not get anything to clean myself off with let alone the acknowledgment that it got all over me and also was very rough during my pedicure with scrapping material which left me little cuts on the side. Overall Pedicure was not worth 60 especially when nots shaped or cleaned right . Do Better

I appreciate Vy for her ability to make my nails look so beautiful! Her attention to detail and passion for nail care is evident in every piece of work she does. She always knows what would look nice on me and can transform wonderful designs that never fail to impress. Her energy is Wonderful! Jun is also very talented!!

They are the best nail salon! Very professional and I go to Lap he is super nice but they entire staff are wonderful… I drive 40 min to get there and I will never go to another nail salon

My friend and I came here to relax for her birthday. We both got a Mani and Pedi on 8/19. The staff was rude as soon as we got there. Yelling from across the room what we were wanting. They couldn't figure out who was next and had to rely on the customers to know. My Pedi took maybe 30 mins. I got up and had my Mani done. I was finished before my Friends Pedi was even done! And we started at the same time! We both purchased the same exact things. The lady doing my friend's nails kept getting up and talking to people. She even went up to a customer in the lobby that I was sitting next to, and asked her to go pick up her Starbucks order!! Now it is 8/25 and my gel manicure is raising up off of my nails, sticking up on the edges, and coming off. My friends is also already chipped. Any other gel manicure I've had, It lasted at least 2 weeks. I'm not from the area. I live 2 hours away so I unfortunately can't come in to have it fixed/redone/or to ask for my money back. This was DEFINITELY NOT worth the $110 I paid for myself.

Worst experience ever tonight. I walked in at 6:30, knowing they close at 7:30 and asked if they had time for a full set and pedicure, which they said yes. I normally go to Erica but she was busy, so I went to someone who I believe was newer, Janelle. Sat down at 6:40, wasn’t done with my nails til almost 8. They asked again if I still wanted a pedicure and I said yes, but only if they had time otherwise o can come back another time, because I didn’t want to keep anyone later than they needed to be. The guy who did my pedicure was rushing to get me back to the pedicure station, so I automatically told him to do a basic pedicure because I knew it’d be rushed. Sat down at 8, was done and walking to the front by 8:20. He then tells me my pedicure is $50 and my nails are $63. I questioned why my BASIC pedicure was $50 and he tells me he put no chip on to match my nails. I told him I did not ask for that and he tells me it lasts longer and that next time I should do a deluxe pedicure because it’s only $45. I said why wasn’t that offered? And he tells me because they didn’t have time, it’s late and they need to get home. I told him I specifically asked TWICE and once before they even began working on me if they had time. Now that I’m home, I see my nails are crooked, lumpy, thick and the tops are not even painted. Janelle was so sweet and that is the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. I honestly want a refund I will never be back and just wasted $140.
