This place is a joke. I have come twice now to try and return something, and both times they have been closed. No hours posted, no notice, nothing. I truly do not understand how this location is still in existence.

Pacsun has such a hostile work environment every single time I have been in there, the workers are either extremely rude, or don’t even acknowledge you while they’re on their phones. They don’t even communicate with the customers and end up staring me down the entire time I’m in the store. Very very snobby people and not a good experience for any customer. The work environment is insane with how much they let slide for their employees

Unprofessional and poor management, employees constantly on phone, store is never full nor organized, and hours are all over the place. One minute open, the next closed for a 45 minute break which sometimes lasts longer! They also do not follow mall hours making it hard to shop at this location!

The Merriville PacSun is absolutely terrible. They are always slow when I go in, the workers are often so rude when you talk to them. Today I came to the mall and tried to go to their store but it was closed for a break that was from 4:00 till 4:30. When I tried to return to the store after their break, the sign extended said “break” till 4:45. The mall closes at 6, no other store just completely shuts down for a break in the middle of the day. Everytime I go here I have a bad experience all around. There’s also no break specified online so that we can know beforehand.

If I could put zero stars I would. Teenagers who worked there were very rude and threw my clothes around. They also did not have masks on. Worst PacSun I’ve ever been to. They hire terrible kids with no manners there.

My friend and I waited super long in line, they didn’t open another register. When we got up to the register the girl with the curly hair did not have her mask on and was in her phone the entire time. They were super rude and when we were at the register there was multiple employees just standing behind the counter also on their phones and without their masks.

Cute clothes and ok prices. Workers are a little rude but overall ok experience. I would preferred to shop online for this store from now on.
