Top notch, quick and professional service from Dylan. I was greeted immediately, measured and fitted quickly. I was fairly sure of what style I wanted but the differences were explained which helped me to make my decision. I highly recommend this store for excellent service and top of the line shoes. Side note-if you have foot problems, you need New Balance shoes.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted by and waited on by Steven. I explained the problem I was having with feet and my activities. He scanned my feet and suggested what shoes could help. He was very patient and helpful and found the perfect shoes for me. I had a great shopping experience and will shop here again, and will happily refer my friends and family.

My husband had a great experience with the store owner! He was very knowledgeable & you felt like he actually cares about your foot pain. Our doctor recommended us to come here for my husbands pain, so he can have better shoes. Service here is great! Thank you!

I bought myself a pair of NB 327’s. I didn’t even know that Merrillville had a New Balance store. They have a huge variety of shoes and clothing. The staff was super nice and helpful, too. I’ll definitely be back!

I thought they would have a better variety of shoes and shoe sizes. I do love new balance shoes, but the sizes and variety of shoes were limited. The staff was friendly.

You absolutely have to go here to get quality footwear. They actually measure your feet to tell what size you wear in their brand, if you have high arches, flat foot, wide/narrow feet, if your feet roll out or turn in when you walk. All very important factors for purchasing the best shoes for your feet. They even have wide widths & shoes with arch support.Thanks for helping us. He said he felt like he walked on a cloud while his co-workers complained of achy feet.
