I have been in and out of mini storage depot for the last 8 plus years. Ashley Moore has been wonderful to work with. She is always friendly and super attentive to anything I have ever needed.

Rented a climate control unit for 2 years. Always well maintained accessible at all hours love this facility. Staff is always really helpful highly recommend

Great place to go if you're looking for storage! Ashley is great! She asked me questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She is very friendly and made sure I understood the paperwork. Awesome storage experience!!

This is the best customer service experience I have ever received. Ashley was absolutely amazing, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. She made the process very easy and she showed me what the unit looked like BEFORE I signed anything to make sure it was up to par. I appreciated how Ashley went with my fast paced personality and still was very efficient. 20/5 stars because of Ashley’s performance alone. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very very clean , good location off US 30 , and 24 hour entry.

I would like extend my personal gratitude to both Ashley, Branch Manager; and Mike, Consultant Specialist; located near Hobart; Merrillville, Indiana 46410.I needed a quick, ad-hoc storage facility source and the personnel just iterated, spontaneously made this happen, very smooth, quick transition. The staff is very professional and very helpful. Michael the assistant manager stayed over after his shift until my ride showed to pick me up so I didn’t have to stand out in the cold.

I needed to find a cheaper storage unit, since Public Storage had increased the rent twice in the past year. I found Mini Storage Depot online. Stopped in to check out rates and availability. Mike was incredibly helpful. He found exactly what I needed and even saved the unit for me until I was ready to move in later in the month with no payment or anything. I went back in a couple of weeks later to go ahead and rent the unit. I wasn't sure if he had actually held it for me or not, since I didn't pay anything, or sign anything. I was actually expecting that he had probably already rented it out and I would have to start over and hope the would have something available that I needed. Well, he and the manager Ashley totally blew me away! Not only did the have the exact unit I wanted saved for me, I got a great deal on the rent, ($82/mo. cheaper than Public Storage, for the same size unit). Ashley and Mike were so friendly, helpful and thorough! There were other benefits to renting with them that I didn't get at the other place, like a flat bed cart to haul stuff from my truck to my indoor unit. The exterior door stays propped open on its own while you are carrying things in and out of the building. Very helpful! It's the little things that matter...right? So...yes...5 stars! I definitely recommend Mini Storage Depot. Ashley and Mike did great!

Excellent place for your storage needs!! Very clean and easy facility to get to. Love the fact that it is a 24 hr, gated, with surveillance storage facility. I never had a single issue with storing my belongings there. I had 3 units for over 5 years with everything there when I moved out. Customer service is excellent there. Ashley was always. Always friendly and helpful when I called. Would definitely use them again if I had to. I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit. Call them!!
