Because my house is far from the road, I needed a wireless Internet option. After having one service for several years and not being able to upgrade to a faster speed due to line of sight issues, I contacted MTA because of its many 5-star reviews. I have to say I've been very pleased with my service. I spoke to a real person on the phone, had my questions answered, and scheduled an install appointment. The technician was very friendly and answered all my questions. I haven't had any problems since I began using MTA, and I'm happy to say that my speed has been a bit faster than that for which I'm paying. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with this service and recommend it without reservation.I had to cancel my services today (10/10/23) because of circumstances having nothing to do with MTA's outstanding service. Although it was time for me to move on, my review of MTA remains a very high 5 stars. The people and service are great. I highly recommend MTA.

MTA is hands down THE best IT service in NW Indiana. Corey is exceptional, Tony is crazy smart and Kevin is very helpful! Whatever you're in the need for IT wise, these are the guys to go to! GREAT service, very good pricing, and outstanding knowledge!!! They treat you like family and make sure everything you're asking for is taken care of! Don't look anywhere else--MTA!!!

Have been a customer for 7 years and MTA has the best customer service of any company I have done business with. They would even contact me proactive if they noticed my Internet was not working.

I was noticing internet issues and the team at MTA resolved the issue in less then a day. They even came out to my house for a hardware swap. I cant even begin to say enough good things about this company. Very polite staff too!

I have had very good service from MTA . They always reponsed rapidly to any problem I had, which were very few. Their service people were always very helpful and worked with me to take care of any problem, including helping forward services when office lost power (which was not their problem)
