Soooo went in to get my phone looked at because my phone randomly stopped working.... Turns out it was a sim card issue they didn't once offer to switch the SIM card out for a new one and I would just pay the little 10 or so dollars that Metro themselves offer on their website but nah they were persistent in telling me buy a new phone, it's the phone etc. At this point I've been a loyal customer the last 10yrs damn near and never had an issue the last 2yrs it's been shady business practices and with the previous experience I definitely won't be a customer anymore I didn't know they became THAT eager to reach into a customers pocket

went there to get a new phone and the salesman said it would be cheaper to get a new line and i would keep my amazon prime. So i listened to his advice while asking him repeatedly if i would keep amazon prime. The next day my amazon prime service was cancelled

My name is Chuck I bought a phone from this place yesterday. The Rep couldn't turn the the phone on and insisted that In buy a another one. He sold me a used phone at 8 almost when the store was closing and when me and my mother got close to home we noticed the screen was already cracked. I've been a customer for over years and I just suffered a stroke and the rep seen I barely could walk or talk. I've been calling since 9 this morning to arrange a swap or fix the line has been busy and even when I called Metro they couldn't get to the Manager. This is SOOOO ridiculous. I deeply trying to fix this because I can't Physically get out of this house. Its unfair to do this to a customer. We spent 90 on the phone and I applied every effort to at least try to get this in order. It's very frustrating just because of my speech. Please don't trust a store when reps don't answer the phone. They not only took advantage of me but my 65 year old mother that doesn't know when she is being taken advantage of.

Store manager is always trying to get over on a customer by saying buy a phone from him don't lease , look some people can't afford to just buy a phone stop trying to be slick .

I gave T-Mobile by metro $20 to transfer my contacts and stuff over but I only got some contacts transfer ovef!!!
