9/1/24 The young lady lied about the back to Mac program saying that Mac don’t do it anymore, nevertheless then tell me I can give them to her for recycling. Back to Mac was turning in 6 empty containers and get a free lipstick. I had 12 containers and has been doing this for years.Why was I lie to about a program then she tried to take my empty containers. I still purchased the lipstick I wanted.I will not be returning to this location.

There was a young lady tonight who went above and beyond to help out me and my daughter. We came in right before closing and she took the time to help me find the right shades (and my skin isnt easy) and im so happy with my purchase. I'm probably not spelling it right but her name was Ayesha. We will be back and hope to see her again!! ❤️

Horrible staff. Literally they were just looking at my friend and I up-and-down as if we didn’t belong there. It’s sad that how childish The staff acts. Very ignorant and rude

Karla was extremely attentive, helpful, and personable. I highly recommend seeing her inside the Macy’s MAC store. I needed quite a bit of new makeup and she matched me well and got me everything I needed at my own pace. She was very knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be going back to her!

I was surprised that there was only one person working the MAC cosmetics area. I felt the guy working the counter showed favoritism for certain customers and left others waiting regardless of who was next in line. I am very disappointed in the service today.
