I purchased an LG washer and dryer on Thursday. Delivered and installed on Friday. No issues on Saturday. Leaked water onto the laundry room floor on Sunday. Called Lowe's Customer service on Sunday. Was told the manager would call me_ He did NOT.I called the store on Monday. Was told by the Appliance dept to call the installers. On hold 45 minutes. Spoke to a woman- she said a manager was going to call me. He did NOT. asked back on Tuesday was told by a woman that the STORE was supposed to call them on Sunday- to notify them of the 48 hour rule so they would replace my washer.Called the store back- NO documentation of my Sunday call. NO assistance from the installer company.When i asked for the name of one of their customer service reps - she HIUNG UP on me.Three days of DIFFERENT answers and things for me to do for 3 days.Definitely seems like a scam.LG products can be purchased from a more reputable company. I will never buy anything from Lowe's ever again.If you ever deal with them- ask for their name; write the time and take notes- you'll need them.

Is this the worst Lowes they own? Everything was going fine with my on line order until it came time to pick it up. Curbside pickup. Last time I waited a half hour while the only one in the curbside spaces. I assumed so very wrongly it couldn't happen again. So I get there at 12:15 today, and the only person to check in at curbside. I get an email saying be patient, we are running a bit late. Forty minutes later I say naughty words about Lowes and we decide to go get lunch because they would never miss us. Thirty minutes later we return and try to check in again. The app won't let us. So I ponder canceling the order and going to Home Depot down the road a little where they don't treat you this badly. Instead I went in for my last Lowes purchase ever, and was the only pick up customer. This didn't matter a whole lot since the woman associate was talking to a friend, looking at pictures on her phone and having a grand old time. After ten minutes they finished and she told me it was a former employee and she just had to talk to her. Like I cared. So she calls for my (curbside) pickup items which another woman rolled out. The items had 'curbside' stickers all over. She said thanks and walked away. I rolled my stuff out and my 72 year old wife helped me lift it into the car. If I was a nasty person I would have gone home missing a middle finger. But instead I just answered their survey, wrote this little memo and will now go on line and close my Lowes Card account and take my CC out of their file as I will never be using it again. At least last weeks $1600 home delivery wasn't broken. We have pretty much gotten all our big items and appliances from Lowes for many years. And I discovered Culvers, just outside Lowes, has the diet root beer Better than any kind of root beer that Ive ever had! Goodbye Lowes.

June 2022 - I go to this Lowe's on a regular basis. On a recent trip it took me several minutes to understand the receipt that I was given. I bought only 3 items but as you can see below they felt the need to subtotal EACH item.I can see how elderly people would struggle to understand this receipt.

The folks at Lowes are very nice. This review is for the carpeting service that Lowes provided.Do not use Lowes for carpet.Do not have your carpet installed by Lowes.The people that showed up smelled of pot. Told me they would not install the carpet per our requests. Made me do work on the stairs before installation.They sent there person out to bid the job. They saw a knew what was needed.There was damage to the stairs from work-person.They only used padding on the center portion of each step.That is just crazy.Then the installer called and told me I need to rate them a 9 or better.I repeatDO NOT USE LOWES FOR CARPET INSTALLATION.

I have had such a bad experience with Lowes and their 3rd party delivery service. On April 25, 2021, I purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and I am still dealing with major issues. I first was delivered a refrigerator with a huge long crack inside the freezer. I called Lowes within minutes after the delivery and the appliance rep Nick G. told me that particular refrigerator was on back order for a couple of weeks. I went to the store about 45min later and spoke to supervisor Stephanie and she said they had some in the back. I have no idea why this rep would lie??? A new delivery date was set up and during this time I found my brand new microwave to be defective. I had to take off of work for someone to tell me that the microwave was indeed defective and Lowes would contact me to set up a delivery date. I had to reach out to them a week later, because no one called. May 16th my new refrigerator was delivered, and during the delivery my door jam was ripped off by them and the rude delivery guy tried to argue with me in my home, and said it was like that already. I again went up to Lowes with pictures the very same day and Brian (supervisor) told me that a Maggie or Maria will be calling me from JB Hunt (the delivery company) to follow up about fixing my door. I was back at Lowes on Friday evening May 28th and spoke to Stephanie again, she said she would reach out to Maggie by email again. I still have not received a call. My microwave was supposed to be delivered today June 1st, just spoke to a representative Anthony, from the delivery company telling me the microwave won't be in for another 2 weeks. So I took off from work for absolutely nothing. I just want my door fixed and my new microwave. Lowes have left such a bad taste in my mouth.
