Everyone in the store was very friendly and most helpful. I was looking for an ice maker and I was surprised that they had one on hand. The salesman recommended this particular brand and it was a great buy.Rebecca was a great cashier. She was very friendly and made sure I got all my rewards I had coming to me.She was awesome.

The customer service department is so bad now! I go to Kohls to return Amazon stuff mostly, but will shop sometime if their sales/clearance is the right price. However, since the mad the very UNWISE decision to Amazon returns with their customer service department, you have to wait forever to get serviced. It doesn't help that they usually one have 1-2 people actually working in customer service. I waited in line the other day for 10 minutes and when I turned to leave, the line was almost out the door! I think they are understaffed, but y'all need to do better!
