I gave a rateing before and now i change it because after two weeks in the 2014 kia soul i traded in my chevy trail blazer for this junk. 2 weeks after purchase the freon went out-coolant was out light came on they reset it and filled up fluids. i needed air because i have breathing problems and the air was a must for working is what i explained to tammy the sales manager. she didnt disclose the abundant amount of dog hair in the vechile and told the car cleaner not to say anything. when i got the car at 9pm at night. the next day i saw ALLLLLLL the dog hair embedded everywhere. it took me 1month of daily vaccuming and its still every where and not coming out. the bigger problem-i took it back every 3 weeks because the manger rob in repair garage said they can find the leak when they look at. the kia kept cutting off while i was driving at 60 miles an hour on the eway 5 times that happen. i told ron the manager at byrider repair. 7 months i kept coming back and they said they cant find the leak. ron told me to wait until after winter because i dont need air in the winter. so come back in march 2022. when i did. ron the repair manager said i never helped you. i never came to see him. he never touch or added and liquids to the kia. i am mistaken and if i want to get the car fix i have to pay them to do it. they dont go around fixing cars for free. 2 days ago the kia soul stop while i recently was on the expressway and a 18 wheeeler truck was behind me and i had to get towed iin the middle of the night . the mechanic said that the coolant and oil was blending together. and there was no way i could have known. and the first time i took the car in they should have seen and fixed and didnt. they put my life in danger. now i need a new car and i am out of money and a job because i wook 40 miles away and there is no public transportation and i dont have money for a new car or to rent for 2 months. tammy the sales manager who is no longer there would tell me ever time i tell her whats happening to go and talk to ron in repairs. I kept the car because they said they were going to fix it but was lies and RON the glass wearing african american manger told me i can help you with your problem. indeed if i could give a negative 5 zeros i would. do fall for there bate. the only. i have purchase and paid off 2 cars and still the interest rates are high.

No disrespect it's not the service it's more of the cars they have are terrible I got a 2012 Dodge turnt out to be a total lemon and apparently my warranty didn't cover anything I tried take it to they're mechanic just to tell me the issue I already know with it and try to charge me 7 to 800 so I had to spend 62 just to get it back all missed up it kept turning off it was unsafe my brother car started acting up same place now I'm in death because they're so desperate for they're money they're in the process of garnishing me they don't don't work with you terrible cars there don't go

This business employs ADDICTS as MANAGERS! If you go here and have interaction with a manager named "Brendan Keough", just know that he is in fact, a junkie and will rip you off to get money for his next fix. This business is also very aware of this already but they chose to keep him around I guess. Be careful who you trust!

Night and day difference form bridgeview location. They listen to your problems and address them right away this is the only byrider me and my wife will use for services for now on. No more then a week to get you car in for service multiple times. Keep up the good job guys

My husband bought a car on Halloween 2020 and we have had nothing but bad luck with this vehicle we have called several times to ron the service guy and he kept telling us for almost 8 months now that due to covid there understaffed drop your car off for 15 days and will get to it I have one vehicle between my husband and me that was way impossible so then we're going to have two parts changed and the shop $600 later then we finally make an appointment now mind you right passenger door handle snapped off left driver side window is off track they won't fix it radiator went out water pump went out thermostat went out didn't get any help for that left tie rod right tie rod Plus middle of winter
my heat goes out so I have no heat and it's 11° outside. all out of my own pocket even though it was covered but Ron couldn't get us in so now we're going to an appointment tomorrow Friday February 11th 2022 finally my car literally feels like the whole front end is going to fall apart if I go over 45 miles an hour and I'm paying $14,000 for this car and after the interest it'll be $25,000 so tell me why my car isn't working or fixed if I'm paying that much money for a used vehicle they say on their website that they have exceptional service personnel that's a bunch of bs if you can get a hold of Ron when his message voicemail box is completely full for 8 months straight can't talk to corporate cuz there is no corporate so you just get the runaround but I'll update my review if my car is fixed
