Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I have been filing with this brand for years decided to give this office a try and it has been nothing but problems. Proceed with this office if you want your funds to be distributed wherever they see fit and if you want your refund amount to be drastically lower then what you signed off on. Please go somewhere else.

I would not recommend them at all. They are not knowledgeable about tax process. I have been waiting for my taxes for almost two years. Carolyn Williamson did my taxes do not use her. I told her that IRS never received my taxes she filed. She stated that they did & she knows what she is doing. I even spoke to her regional director and she said the same. Well Ms. Williamson doesn’t know what she is doing. After almost two years, I finally got in touch with the IRS Carolyn did not do her due diligence nor did her regional director. Today I finally got someone to help get most of it correct (she is from Portage) however they are trying to make me pay $260 that I already paid for a previous amended form files at the same time. Now I have to find another company to file that year that already paid for and pay again. I will NEVER USE H&R Block again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
