This company is brutally non responsive. My father has been on oxygen for a couple of years and had to switch over to this company due to his insurance. This company will never answer calls or return calls. There were often times they needed new hoses as they would kink, get bacteria or the cat would chew a hole and their calls were left unanswered. It caused a lot of stress. If someone did finally call back they spent hours navigating new equipment. It took them 3 months to bring them a portable oxygen machine which upon delivery ended up periodically shutting off and smelling like smoke due to it being a previously used device. The latter machine was so my father could come and visit his grandchildren in another state. It finally came in today 2 months later but it was too late. Oxygen is a life saving device and this company needs to be responsive in urgent matters. This company has been a nightmare in comparison to their prior one. Don’t waste your loved ones precious time with this poorly managed company. Humana needs to end their contract with this company.

Hooks is one of the nicest places I’ve ever dealt with.However Rotech is a parent supplier to them . That’s where the problem lies.Every interaction (All)I’ve had that was negative from Rotech Hooks fixed locally.I have an ongoing complaint with Rotech and I’m waiting on them to try to bill me again for no reason.I assure everyone that it will be their last.

William is awesome he is so friendly and is a very hard worker and very very kind I thought about switching companies at one time but William is so wonderful I'd be afraid to change companies

This place needs a negative score!! I too have called and called and called with problems with my mom's oxygen and they have not ever responded and I've left at least 7 messages. I did get their after hours people and they were good about helping but still never heard back from Hooks and have left 2 more messages!! Tomorrow after I report them to the BBB I'm going to get my mother a company that cares about her well being!! SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE. Elderly people that need air and they WILL NOT RESPOND to any calls or messages!

My mother has been out of oxygen for Last week she has been struggling to breathe she has been calling every dayFor the last 7 days and they keep telling her someone from the Wisconsin office will call her back and no one has.They say there short handed. Not acceptable. Changing oxygen companies please do not use hooks oxygen in Merrillville, indiana.

Worst place for medical equipment. Please avoid this place if possible. Customer service is horrible, no one ever has answers and they just keep transferring you to the next person until eventually being told that there is no one else who could help. I've been dealing with trying to get CPAP supplies for the las 3 months and no one seems to want to help.

Not kind at all. I have been back and forth with them for more than a year and they just tell me that I am a liar. Jackie read the information and contacts in my file and saw that I told her the truth but never once offered an apology. Shame on this company, no wonder my doctor said to use a different company because Hooks is a mess.

Avoid this place at all costs. Limited open hours. When you call, it often goes to voicemail. No one returns calls that are left on voicemail. Poor customer service. I should have waited a month to get my machine from another business.

I left several messages & no call back. It wasn’t until I told them I could be dead due to no oxygen hoses (now I get a call back) I went there direct a year ago to have an empty tank picked up and it’s still sitting here. Not sure who we call to complain about their service

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you need a cpap go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.going on 7 months of hell dealing with this place.

My husband had cancer and needed a hospital bed. It took them over a week to get a bed here. After my husband passed it took them over a week to come get the bed. That bed sat in my living room all that time. A horrible reminder of my loss. Then the old guy that came and got it was an angry person. I will never recommend these people for anything

Have been trying to get a new cpap machine since December and have left messages and called with no answer back. My drs. office has even sent faxes and called and still no response.

This place is complete trash. Gave me a CPAP machine that they were too incompetent to recover data from. They were unable to perform anything close to "therapy". Go here if you enjoy suffering.
