Not kind at all. I have been back and forth with them for more than a year and they just tell me that I am a liar. Avoid this place at all costs. Limited open hours. When you call, it often goes to voicemail. No one returns calls that are left on voicemail. Poor customer service. I should have waited a month to get my machine from another business.
