The front desk lady was horrible person hung the phone up on my 14 year old asking for cough drops. then we go down there and tell me I don’t have a service dog because it’s a first time at a hotel and she gets anxiety when we’re gone for a long time the dog was barking when we went to the mall and like the mall a lot right across the street then my daughter was going to use her own money for candy and she asked me is it change because she wasn’t about to take it until I said why is there a problem! it is friday 6pm the 29th who ever this ladie is I recommend firing we already get a family discount because my brother worked for 25 years at a Hilton

Rooms: The room was just what was required, it had a mini fridge, Microwave and coffee maker.Nearby activities: It's 5 min from Albanese and right of the highway. Perfect for a night just passing thru.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast was on point! They have a cook to order chef. My husbands omlette was a big as his head. Great value for the money. Their pantry is a little pricey, but you pay for the convenience.

Far enough off the interstate that you don't hear the traffic at night, but still easy to access from I-65. Breakfast included made to order omelettes that were huge!

My husband and I were driving through the state late at night so we booked a king size room for an extra $40-$50 at this Hilton location. We arrived at about 1 am and just wanted to be able to get to our room and sleep as we had to get up early the next morning and continue our travels. We got to our room and they gave us 2 queen beds. I reached out through Priceline asking to be refunded the difference, I never asked for the entire amount to be refunded, just the difference between the two rooms as I paid for a king and didn’t receive it. Priceline told me they wouldn’t refund the difference because the hotel said we accepted the room as is. I emailed them back and asked how we accepted the room as when we were the only people in the lobby checking in at 1 am, the concierge said nothing about not having the room we paid for, being unavailable. Priceline responded back and said the issue is dropped per their company. I reached out to Hilton in December 2023 with all of the information I had. I also told them to pull surveillance footage as when we checked out the next morning, there was no employee there to speak to and their cameras will show us looking around and even behind the desk to try to speak to someone and no one was there. We had to get on the road and left. Again, all we submitted to Hilton was a request to make this situation right and just refund the difference of the two rooms that night. Please don’t steal customers money when they pay for an upgrade to a room but don’t receive it. Ultimately, I am still waiting for a response from Hilton as they told me it would only be 10 business days for them to give me a response. I would not deal with not only this location but any Hilton brand ever again until they can make this right.

When checking in, the older lady was a little rude and aggressive. I know I can’t be wrong because I heard another guest say the same thing. Room is clean, bed is alright but the real star of this hotel is the little blonde lady with the European accent at the restaurant. I’m eating breakfast currently and this woman is so joyful, attentive and pleasant . She’s working hard to make sure everything is perfect. That is something I can respect.

I had a bad experience when I was staying there on Thanksgiving. The manager (disrespected) my boyfriend threatened to ban us from all the Hilton, and tried to kick us out at midnight. Because we went outside to smoke, and the dog was barking in the room. We apologize like 100 times. She threatened to call the police on him because she was trying to force him into signing some document that he said no he was not going to sign; she thought he was just a typical black man, she didn’t know he was very smart and intelligent, after she calmed down, she apologized saying that she was having a bad day?really so you take your bad mood out on your guest are you serious?

My fiancé and I attended a concert in Chicago last night and the display went out in his vehicle shortly into the treck back to Indianapolis. We were without heat in 7 (or less) degree weather. Tina was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. She was able to check us into an affordable room at nearly midnight providing us a clean warm place to rest. Not the vacation dreams are made of, but exceptional service when we were in a pinch.

Great stay - two comfortable queen beds - let us check in early while driving overnight - stayed from noon to 9pm and got back on road - appreciate the flexibility - they actually answer the telephone when you dial them!

Worse experience of my life,well one of them...I woke out of my sleep in a real life episode of naked and afraid...me and my guest were attacked my a colony of ants,we were bitten on our privates chest, back, shoulders...it was horrible...they say that every thing that glitters is not gold,Hilton garden inn is a dressed up garbage can....the outside and interior is deception,the exterior is a gateway for everything creeping and crawling....wow! And they have the nerve to charge for breakfast, complimentary breakfast is not even complimentary....the only bright side is the management team, maintenance management as well as Ms Scott..onsite manager..if I ever in life stay at a Hilton it would definitely not be that one and I'd have to be on an upper floor....I have PTSD now,I am still itching and scratching.... establishments such as this mus do better by their patrons...
