Had my car towed to them about a month ago after it had been in an accident. Anytime I called to ask questions everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Matt! He’d come and personally talk to me on the phone everytime I called. Had my car towed to this exact Goverts cause I knew the reviews were the best and they did not disappoint. Couldn’t even tell anything was wrong with my car.

I really enjoyed my experience with the guys at Govert from start to finish. The service was impeccable, they explained what was going on throughout the entire process, and they fixed my car up real good. Very friendly, knowledgeable people.

The only reason I give 1 star is because I’ve had to come back 4 times for a bumper repair that should’ve been complete the first time.
1st: The bumper wasn’t aligned properly and sticking out
2nd: The bumper started popping off whenever catching the wind due to the clip being broken after they forced it to be aligned rather than just fixing it.
3rd: Then they put their own “clip” on it instead of fixing the whole issue and it continues to pop off
4th: Came back today; and he basically told me to screw off he wasn’t fixing it unless I paid him more money for partially pulling out the bumper and replacing the bracket because mysteriously it’s missing and was fine when they fixed it yet as soon as I drive off it starts popping off like it doesn’t make no sense and im filing a report on this because they’re trying to say it’s my fault yet I haven’t hit no curb, no street, no car, no nothing since they last fixed the bumper again.
I will NEVER come back, they seemed very annoyed to have helped me at all and even screwed up having me come out twice to drop the car off and to have a loaner but didn’t even have the loaner car prepared so I wasted gas, time & money on these people for no reason. I DO NOT recommend. I figured I wouldn’t have any issues because of some of the reviews I read but that’s very disappointing. I’m ashamed to have come here because of all the time and money I’ve wasted & now my insurance is gone up too because of that accident so not only am I paying deductibles for repairs that don’t get fixed properly or are cheaply put together I now pay $100+ more a month on insurance.
I can push it back in and make it look fine too, soon as you drive off and the wind catches it BOOM. Having issues. As if they didn’t put the bracket on properly or it was a rush job due to them wanting to get me out of here. They didn’t drive it around and find out no they only drove it across the parking lot which won’t tell you much. They can attempt to blame me but I know damn well ain’t no way im the reason it’s been messed up since day 1 of picking my car up from them.

Estimate for back fender Mustang 2002 antique. Uninsured drive hit n run to my passenger side. Left the scene now my expense. Have use them before for this car and other car. Great people to work with and stand behind workmanship. Highly recommend.

Trash.. Matt is not a Man of his word let alone a Man, they screwed up my jeep. Tired clearing my fcw code inside of fixing it and got Outted by USA mufflers on 30, jeep came from paint with defects, my Adaptive Cruise Control ball was broke , it was a lot, Matt said ",take me to court," super unprofessional, they leave Dave to work alone , I don't want to stop there business but they are Shady, ill just go to Gerber or caliber collision if something happens again.. somewhere that has official workers and up to date technology. It was a lot more I wanna say "can't call my bluff," just don't have time..weigh your options first..I'll challenge any rebuttal from this establishment

This is not the first time I've used Gobert auto body. I've taken several of my vehicles there over the years, and, without fail I am pleased, extremely pleased with the service, the workmanship is that of a factory technician I will always take my vehicles back to govert for any autobody needs. I highly recommend Govert autobody.

I take really good care of my car, and you can imagine how upset I was to go out to my car and see that she was involved in a hit and run. I heard from family and friends that Govert is one of the best repair ships in the Northwest. My insurance company and Govert communicated back and forth and I hardly had to make phone calls and stress. They did an amazing job and my babes looks brand new! Also, it only took 2 days! Awesome professionalism. Unfortunately a moron hit my vehicle and took off. My insurance company recommended two body shops. I asked around and heard this was a very great place for bdy work. Received permission from my Insurance company and told them what I heard. The adjuster agreed that GOVERT was the place to go, but stated she had to give me at least two places.So I went there. From the time I spoke with Molly the receptionist, to the adjuster on site, there was nothing but pure professionalism They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job in repairing my Chevrolet. It looks like new again. In addition, they vacuumed my car and cleaned the outside. Who does that anymore.I HIGHLY recommend GOVERT Auto Body. .Molly, she was totally an awesome lady to speak with on the phone and in person.If you need body repair, this is the business to go to!

I recently had to get my car repaired after a grocery store shopping cart corral smashed into it during a big windstorm! Govert Auto Body is right by where I work, so I decided to give them a try. They were able to get me in for an estimate rather quickly and then they fixed my car ahead of schedule. It works really well with the grocery store’s Insurance company And my car looks great. I highly recommend taking your car here for an estimate before you go anywhere else!

They did a fantastic job on the body. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Not only did they repair the body, it also looks like the interior was detailed. I recently brought my car into Govert’s to be fixed after hitting a deer. They got my car done quickly, even after finding additional damage.
