I went in to sell an iPad and the employee was like I don't really know how to work the thing I have to hook it to. I thought to myself seriously, all you do is plug it in. He then told me to take it to the other Game Stop. Like wow thanks for not even trying.

I love going into this place. Every time you go in there it's like a totally new experience walking in you just never know who or what you're going to find in there. Great staff great products. Just need to get some more PS5 products in there or some ps5s in general in stock and I'd be totally happy but other than that a great store all around.

Mark at this store has a bad attitude and doesn’t care about the gamers that come to this location. Tried to sell me an open item at a brand new price and would not offer any kind of deal because it was open. Had to leave and spend money elsewhere. The GameStop at 1621 up the street is way better and they have real gamers and game experts that care a little about the customers. Mark stinks and was not well presented, he had a dirty hoodie with pet hair all over it too.

Great people and friendly. The store used to be more full, but Covid has hurt alot of business. They do the best with what they have.

Worst experience I have ever had was at this GameStop. If you are not going to honor the receipt policy then why have it printed on there. The associate I dealt with was very rude and rather than just working with me she took an authoritarian approach which is why I will never shop at a GameStop and will tell every single person I know not to ever again. Especially this one they lost a long standing customer and I hope they go out of business.

Let's be honest GameStop is what it is, do they not give you enough when they turn around and sell your electronic for three times as much, or your video game for three times as much, sure, but they do offer a lot of deals, and I think they try, as best as they can to help you out when you go there. One thing I like about GameStop is that when you go there, the people are usually all video game players and are able to help you genuinely and talk to you about video games. Only one time was I there that somebody was eating their lunch in the store while another employee was working with them behind the register and I thought, why are you eating in front of all the customers, chewing with your mouth open grossing everybody out while you have a co-worker that can man the cash register, go eat your food in the back!
