I came in today after a bad experience at SNIPES and DTLR and I’m just really happy with my purchase now and the service there. I had help from a young man with fairly long hair. He was so sweet and helpful and went back to get different shoes or sizes 3 times. It was relieving after the experience I had in the other stores. I was ready to go, but I needed a work shoe and finally I got that so I’m glad I came in.

The worst service ever ..the employees are always walking around and horse playing ..I stood at the register to return a item and they just kept talking and never asked if I needed help...I hope the manager is professional...

Stopped in a few months ago trying to buy a pair of pandas, noticed I was the only white customer and was also the only one they didn't want to help out. After being in there for over 30 minutes after asking for help, one of the girls went into the back for less than 10 seconds and came back telling me they didn't have them, when I know for a fact she couldn't have looked in such a short time. Trashy, racist and useless

Purchased shoes August 15th in store. Returned shoes August 17th and was advised by the store associate that I could order a different pair pay the difference and they would ship directly to my home within a week. A week passed no shoes so I’m still patiently waiting. August 26th I received an email stating they canceled my order, ( I assumed the shoe was high demand and they were out of stock on line as well). I checked my account 7 business days later and a refund for $37 was issued not the amount I paid for the shoes. I contacted customer service who stated that when you return shoes regardless of the payment method used the refund goes through as cash, I paid with my debit card but whatever, so they said they would issue a check by mail within 7 business days. 7 business days passed no check (I’m being patient), 10 business days passed no check. I called customer service again. The representative stated that he would send another check by express and asked me to email my ID ( for what????) but whatever I obliged. It’s been 8 business days no check, I’m still waiting.

Great staff today unfortunately did not get his name but one worker was so kind as to offer a perce mnt off shoe due to a mark. Great staff with a great store will keep shopping here!

Girl with blue green hair was sitting there, talking on her phone ignoring customers. I asked her for help and she had an attitude and just said that they didn’t have my size and walked away. Then I went out to another person, and they brought out the size to me

My boyfriend and I have gone in there multiple times to look at shoes. We went in there today and the lady at the front podium was on her personal phone. My boyfriend had to physically ask her if she could help him in order for her to put her phone away. She rolled her eyes and sighed at him like he was an inconvenience for asking if they carried his size. She said the store only had the one size even though there was a different size on the wall. We asked a different employee to help us since we thought the first one wasn’t simply wanting to look. The second employee called her over for help since she didn’t have a phone to check the sizes. She was very confrontational with us since we asked someone else about the same shoe and stood there trying to deny she said they only had the one size and how she interacted. We ended up getting kicked out after the entire staff was instantly made aware of the encounter and they were all looking at us. We asked the one manager for a different shoe and she proceeded to go in the back and get the shoe, tell us it was at the desk for us to purchase, and then came right back to tell us we had to leave even though we were in line to purchase the shoes.Every time we are in there, we have to walk up to someone for help compared to other shoe stores in the same mall with employees checking to see if there is anything they can help with. We always have to ask for help and after today’s encounter, it is very evident that they were all friends and chose that over us actually making a purchase. I walked out of there and we made the decision we are never returning since we and other customers who were there today had to ask for assistance and feeling like a burden. I understand having friends at work, but this took it to a whole different level with all of the staff just staring us down and making us feel uncomfortable.

The day that my son and daughter in law came in and were asked to leave because they said the young lady was acting like and witch with a b is sad. Everything that happens there is pathetic. Flirting right in front of customers making sly comments not acknowledging people when entering store and sitting there waiting for service after you have asked for help. Shameful. That day there was only ONE I say ONE young lady willing to help but your store manager after putting the shoes up at the register and then you need to leave and then went in the back just to come out and say leave now because you explained to another worker about needing help and he tells you leave now. Absolutely unacceptable. You are a racist store and I will never shop there again. Was is because we are white??? They were the only ones in there being treated like that. Shameful for a company to allow that. After so much money spent in that store. NO MORE. WE WILL BE BRINGING OUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THE SAME!!!!!!

Terrible service, the employees were playing around and ignoring customers. One named Delonte or something like that on his name tag was doing nothing but flirting with a co-worker and talking about how he was too HIGH to do this. Then he openly at the front desk made an inappropriate joke and laughed in my face. I will never go back with people like this working there.
