Rashad has so much great customer service. I was greeted coming in and as I was leaving. He also helped me with an item I was looking for, that took me 15 minutes to find. Best place to shop at for household goods..

My first time here and was treated like a family member. I was immediately greated by an employee who said 'good morning you wonderful person'. Wow that made me feel good. I was directed exactly to what i wanted. Nice, clean store. V. Merlo

I go there periodically and when i go there is one of two people the manager which is amazing or a woman named shay! She definitely needs to leave the attitude or whatever may be troubling her at home. Your working with the public. I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, or a second chance, but this is not the first time, now i have to speak up. Get a life and do your job ms. Shay!!!! Learn to work with people THAT'S PART OF YOUR JOB!!!

If I could give a zero I would. They have racist t shirts. As a non black shopper I was offended. If they don’t want money from non blacks that’s fine, my money is good other places. I did call the manager, she didn’t care. Bye bye Family Dollar.

I was greeted with a smile, but when asked about a product that wasn't on the shelf, she simply told me they were out, when I know there was more in the storage area. She was just too lazy to go back and get it for me..That's BAD customer service ?
