I stopped by exactTIME to purchase a battery for my watch, and it was a complete waste of my time and gasoline ⛽️ The salesman was trying to sell me service plans for $49.99 and various prices. I was never able to get what I asked for a simple battery for my watch. A very disappointing experience. Don't waste your time going to exaxtTIME. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Took my Brietling Colt (which was gifted to me from a now deceased friend) for a battery. The bald guy seemed to be sheisty with the cost of the battery replacement. The cost seemed to be a bit pricey. I talked him down on the price. Shortly after dropping it off I was told that the mechanics were not the original but, a cheap watch version! I asked how can it have a real exterior with real serial number but fake interior? I strongly believe they stole my watch's mechanics!

Great place ! Dean and the rest are top notch. Repaired my watch in 30 min for $52.00 and 3 years of a free battery. Sent it to Wittnauer and got a repair est of $379.00. Top notch EXACT TIME !

So tired of going to this place with my teen boys and each time we go one of the two bald guys wants to upsell or try to con them into something more. How about just be kind to the customer. Be happy that teens are still coming to your shop to buy a watch or have a battery replaced. I can't be in there for longer than I have to be and listen to the manipulation. No! My 15 year old son doesn't want the more expensive battery - thanks! Be helpful and let ppl move on without feeling like a piece of meat.
