I walked in after the Verizon store (waited 45 min. for service) told me there was nothing they could do with my old phone that quit working and I could not retrieve any data from the phone. I was in Wefix for less than 10 minutes and they got my old phone to work and I was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one.
