This CVS is described as the best pharmacy and the best one in its area. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and provides awesome service. The store is always well stocked, which saves time and gas, and the new remodeling is appreciated. However, some find the layout takes getting used to. The policy of not taking pharmacy calls and closing for lunch is seen as poor customer service and inconvenient, leading some to consider switching.
I think your new policy of not taking calls in the pharmacy and having to leave a message is poor customer service. Also closing for lunch is inconvenient, no other pharmacy does this. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Meijers
