The pharmacy is very good ! But they changed the calling system. It used to be by touch dail. Now it's all voice and it is a nightmare ! The pharmacy is communicating very often at times with ill individuals as well as older people. A lot of times one may be under the weather so the person may not be speaking so well or maybe because the person is just simply old and just doesn't talk so clearly. The voice bot could not understand what I was saying, not even a simple yes or no. After trying for five call ins, I just finally gave up ! Why would someone change from a system that was of great assistance to that of low performance ? CVS wants to make someone feel as if they were talking to a real person, but it's not even close. They should go back to the phone pad system right away !

The team member at this location was very professional and went above and beyond in assisting me with an issue with my online order that was beyond his control. He took a genuine interest in my issue and presented a resolution to my inconvenience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very thankful for his great customer service and professionalism.

Terrible store. No employees anywhere- could probably just take what u want. Don't help when you find one anyway.

It's really depressing that you can't even see a person at checkout. You have to use the self checkout machines. I like interacting with people. Not soulless machines.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever , everytime I come here it’s an issue and medication is never ready there is constantly a line wrapped around the building the estimation time is never right and when I expressed my concerns the employees began to talk about me together

Dear MANAGEMENT ...YOUR RESTROOM IS HORRIBLE. I COME FOR MY MEDS AND OFTEN HAVE TO RELIEVE MYSELF. MONDAY I'D RATHER HOLD IT UNTIL I BURST. RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS NASTY. CVS NEEDS TO BE ASHAMED BECAUSE I'VE APPROACHED WORKERS TO LET THEM KNOW ONLY TO GET AN EXCUSE THAT OUTSIDE CLEANERS COME IN. WELL THEY NEED TO BE FIRED. JUST DISGUSTING.

I am very impressed in how this CVS decorated for Christmas. Figurines of all cultures are represented. This makes everyone feel welcomed. I am also pleased with the pharmacy and store operations.

Very clean and safe environment but the Asian man working the early morning or night shift will follow you around the store watching down the aisles. Very uncomfortable!!!

I moved all my scripts to this CVS 5-6 years ago because of the terrible service at the one on 53rd and Broadway. I was highly satisfied until the last couple years. The service has become atrocious. The techs aren't helpful like they use to be, the scripts aren't ready on time and never are correct on refill dates they state on their website. And now today, I find out you have to leave them a voicemail and hope they call you back. You use to be able to talk to someone and get questions answered. I'm sick of this and I'm sick of them. I'm transferring my scripts to another provider and I hope CVS learns to stop alienating their customers. Ridiculous!

I think your new policy of not taking calls in the pharmacy and having to leave a message is poor customer service. Also closing for lunch is inconvenient, no other pharmacy does this. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Meijers

I experienced discrimination in this store today. A white woman with brown hair followed me and watched me so obviously. It was disgusting and so obvious I was being followed. She followed me in every aisle I went down, then she watched me at self-checkout. It was crazy. I have never seen her here before, so I don’t know if she’s new. But I’m never coming back here.
