I think your new policy of not taking calls in the pharmacy and having to leave a message is poor customer service. Also closing for lunch is inconvenient, no other pharmacy does this. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Meijers

I experienced discrimination in this store today. A white woman with brown hair followed me and watched me so obviously. It was disgusting and so obvious I was being followed. She followed me in every aisle I went down, then she watched me at self-checkout. It was crazy. I have never seen her here before, so I don’t know if she’s new. But I’m never coming back here.

pharmacy staff needs to work on their attitudes. i was a technician for 4 years at jewel osco pharmacy so i know how pharmacy staff should be presenting themselves.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would the pharmacy staff are so rude and just utterly don't know what they are doing. I went on the 20th to get my prescription the pharmacist said I needed to prior authorization or I would have to pay $290 for it. So I waited. 2 days later my insurance says okay I can get it I go back the girl or super rude and said I never had a prescription there. Avoid at all cost

lots of drinks / snacks i have purchased here have been EXPIRED !!! they simply dont check their items on the shelf’s and in the coolers … happened multiple times

Mary was very rude i work in customer service and if one of my team members treated customers like that they’d be fired you choose your career you don’t like it quit.
