Waited TWO HOURS to have a shirt made only for him to say something wrong with the printer and didn’t know how to fix it. He tried calling his cousin and he wouldn’t answer the phone. Unbelievable.They just replied to my post “wrong place”. Highly confident I know where I’m at in Southlake Mall! Saying I’m a liar? They use a printer to print custom designs for shirts. The printer wouldn’t print the design for the shirt.I will say the employee tried his best, even tried calling someone for help but to no avail. But doesn’t change the fact that the printer wouldn’t work!

Excellent service!!, the guys are always there when I went and immediately hooked me up. Prices here are more reasonable than lids or anywhere. Highly recommend for businesses that look for affordable work done.

It is great to be able to find a local company that will embroider a single item. I had a shirt done and it was perfect. The gentleman spent time with me and let me check everything before he did it. He made it exactly as it looked on his computer.

Do NOT use this company!!Had a shirt made and when I went to pick it up, one of the words was NOT centered. He had the nerve to blame me as he put it on his computer and it was centered then. I would of definitely noticed it not centered on his computer!!He is a liar and no excuses from someone that does not know what they are doing!!

Indropped of a pair of motorcycle vest for custom Embroidery, a week ago. Was told it was ready, went to pick it up, on Monday August 9th, they were closed. Sat there for 3 hours they never opened.Whent back on Tuesday, August 10th, they were cloesed sat there for 2 hours. Called the business phone number 7 times got no answer. The internet says yhat yhey are open,, but here I am, looking at at a business that is closed.
