“This CVS at 5301 Broadway, Merrillville, IN. is my favorite CVS store that I've ever been to in the US. I've lived in different parts of California (L.A., S.F.), Wisconsin, and Illinois (Chicago, La Grange, Western Springs) as well. This store is always immaculate and well organized. It's clean and I feel comfortable shopping there. Someone ALWAYS asks if I need assistance finding anything. The pharmacists are kind, knowledgeable and efficient as well. Keep up the good work!”
“I would definitely leave five stars except for the fact that every time I fill a prescription here the most convenient time between my work schedule is during the half hour lunch break between 130 and 2 PM over every employee in the pharmacy has to leave and eat lunch Which does not make any sense to me”

“I like this location a lot they had a lot of ratty foods. It was very clean and the customer service person greeting me and thanked me for coming to their store and also I like that they told me what items they had for specials and sales to save myself a discount. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot was kind of tricky. It was very crowded and maybe the time of day that I went in it it was like this, but my overall experience was very positive and I possibly will come back again at a later time. thank you overall for the good customer service.”

“The speedway on Klein is one of the best plants to go to in the area of course they're all my friends and I know all of them well and the place is almost always clean and they have great personalities and take care of the customer they open extra line for necessary to keep the line down and they keep the place swept and clean.”

“The pharmacy is very good ! But they changed the calling system. It used to be by touch dail. Now it's all voice and it is a nightmare ! The pharmacy is communicating very often at times with ill individuals as well as older people. A lot of times one may be under the weather so the person may not be speaking so well or maybe because the person is just simply old and just doesn't talk so clearly. The voice bot could not understand what I was saying, not even a simple yes or no. After trying for five call ins, I just finally gave up ! Why would someone change from a system that was of great assistance to that of low performance ? CVS wants to make someone feel as if they were talking to a real person, but it's not even close. They should go back to the phone pad system right away !”
