I thought I had read the reviews before my stay, but might’ve mixed them up because now I see the bad that we experienced. The rooms are dirty, smell like smoke, staff isn’t outwardly pleasant. Every time we were outside of our room, I felt like we were doing something wrong. Went to the pool at 10am when it opens and two employees came in acting like we were intruding. It’s just not how I want to feel in a hotel. It was a great location to visit family nearby, but besides that I would not recommend this hotel. Needs repairs and updates.

Pros- the microwave and and ice machine worked 100% of the time. CongratsCons- nothing else worked consistently. The lights next to the beds would work for a minute and then stop. Every few minutes they would turn back on. Tv back light was very dead. Channels 1-4 had no volume. The cable tv looked like it was pirate cable. Bed had several different stains. The paint job in room 318 is embarrassing. Two shades of brown on the wall with the bed is a joke.. carpet had several burn marks. Ac was not working

My stay was enjoyable ,pool seemed a little cloudy,my check in guy at the front desk didn't seem to social,my room didn't have a tub stopper so couldn't run a bath called front desk only to still not receive one other than that location was great ,hotel was very quiet for a weekend which I enjoyed , breakfast was very good, upon checking out Lady at the front desk was very nice would definitely stay againRooms: Bed was very comfortableNearby activities: Restaurants,pubs, shoppingWalkability: Walking distance to the mall, restaurants, etc

This hotel is the worst I've ever been to. We checked into the room with a jacuzzi tub and there was black dirt around the tub from the previous guest. I informed personnel at the front desk and they switched our room. So no problem right, wrong! The room they switched us to, the remote to the television was not working, specifically no sound. When I tried to call the front desk, I found out the phone was broken. So now I had to get fully dressed to tend to this matter. The staff was rude and unwilling to accommodate. When I told them we wanted to check out, he said you've been here for 1 1/2 hours so all we can do is give you 75% off this 150.00 dollar room. He said that everyone knows you have 15 minutes to check the room out for issues. It sounds like something he made up on the fly. Don't waste your time or your money.

My experience was awesome.The vibe when you walk in felt warm and welcoming. My daughter and my family enjoyed themselves for her birthday. It smelled so clean. And looked so clean everywhere we went. Kenneth and his staff were very helpful and nice. The respect was great. We loved every day we were there. We did not want to leave.

Bad experience and the manager didn't want to help. Rooms are outdated, the air conditioner was old and when running had that old smell to it. (Along with bits of food and other gunk in the grate.) It was probably nice at one time, but it's past it's prime - especially for the advertised prices.

Hotel was conveniently located. And it did have a decent pool and hot tub which was nice. Otherwise, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude when we checked in. I had picked the wrong day when I reserved by mistake, and asked to have it fixed obviously immediately. There were three people in line behind us and he told us we had to wait until he got the other customers checked in and then he could help us because it was gonna take a minute to switch it around. Found that very rude. If we had been there first, we should’ve been taken care of first. The room itself was OK. Typical room had what we needed. Nothing special. If I did go back, it would be strictly for the hot tub in the pool because there’s not many hot tubs in that area in the hotels..Food & drinks: Very close to many dining options.

Refused service bc we had a service dog. Direct violation of ADA. Person at desk was extremely rude. Would not listen to laws. We have his refusal on video and 4 witnesses. He treated one of witnesses very poorly as well. He was real jerk.

The staff is incredibly almost like they harass you. One of the heavy set guys on the front will literally ignore you because he's eating or doing something not work related. The hotel is absolutely gross unclean there was a footprint on the blankets when I arrived. The elevator is absolutely gross looks like it has never been sanitized. The rooms are unclean just horrible do not go here

This hotel is disgusting. Stay away. There are bugs, short curly hairs, and bodily fluid floating in the hot tub. Bandaids on the floor by the pool, stains on the mattresses, and everything is dirty.Rooms: Disgusting, dirty, not safe or healthy.Safety: Health hazardNoteworthy details: If you like stains and other people’s bandaids maybe you will like it here.

Over this trip span I stayed at 3-different Choice Hotels all a Comfort Suites, this particular hotel tied for last of the 3-different locations. The towels were not fresh, the carpet was visibly soiled, the pool looked like it needed clean water, the price point was not worth it.

Terrible property!Our first room #203 had broken toilet paper holder. Garbage under the pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was not made. No extra sheets or blankets in the closet for the pull out.Second room #230 had multiple carpet stains, AC didn’t work.Over all public areas are very dirty. Carpet not vacuumed, stains everywhere.Garbage was overflowing in the laundry room right across our room.Nasty tasting instant coffee during breakfast!We paid $147 per night!Stay away from this property!

I had great service. My room was nice, clean, and comfortable to my liking. Only thing I did not like was the pool not being opened (laugh out loud). Great experience, I highly recommend.

The room was average. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. There was no exhaust fan or non slip treads in the tub. Only got local channels on the TV. My husband went to the desk because we honestly thought our TV wasn't working. While he was talking to the front desk lady, a male came out and stood behind her, arms crossed, trying to intimidate my husband. Bathroom light out, toilet wouldn't stop running, sink was leaking. We were told there was no one there to fix anything. There is trash and cigarette butts all over the outside. Sink in breakfast area backed up, eggs and sausage looked like they were a funny color so we did not eat breakfast. Mystery stains on furniture, shower curtain, and drapes in our room. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Great experience, check in was smooth and easy, front desk friendly. Our room #229 was terrific, a very spacious room, with a king bed, queen bed and a sofa bed. Beds were comfortable and clean, nice pillows. Refrigerator and microwave, plenty of storage space. The spacious bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was included, eggs and sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, Activia yogurt, bagels, juices, milk, cereal, coffee. No complaints on breakfast whatsoever! The pool was closed for maintenance but wasn't a big deal for us. Overall we highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: We had room 229 on this stay, very pleased with the room. We had a king, queen and sofa bed, The beds were clean and very comfortable. The room was nice and clean.
