Terrible service! No one answers the phone! The worst online delivery service I've ever experienced. I didn't receive any updates on my order at all, even when it was delayed! Than hours later I still had not heard anything back from them. I called several times, got no one! Finally had to call customer service hitting 6 hours after order was promised only for them to say my $200 will be delivered in the morning. WTF! I'm never purchasing anything from this store again. So unprofessional!

i would give zero start this store is trash , workers are not helpful, extremely rude and pretty sure my 6 year old is now high off the smell going on in there, left my cart walked out, couldn't take it, I will be driving right over to meijer ! bye bye walmart , they need to get there shit together

In these isles they are shopping carts everywhere that nobody is using nobody is trying to put up I can't even go into the fitting room to try something on When it comes to The freezer isles there's hardly any like nobody has restocked we are still strawberry, blueberry toaster strudels and etc. it's very hard to fine stuff even for the baby formula nobody restocks it I shouldn't have to go to Stracks or a different Walmart or target to get certain stuff for this Walmart is right here next to my house and next to my job it's very convenient for me.

The curbside grocery service is awful. I've used the service for years and even prior to Covid the wait times upon arrival have been ridiculous. Why send a notification that your groceries are ready for pick up and upon arrival you have to wait for over an hour? The systems should take into account wait times. Today I waited an hour and a half and it would have been longer if I hadn't gotten out my car and asked for the manager. I will no longer be utilizing this service and I strongly recommend you prepare yourself for a LONG wait or simply use the delivery service.

Do NOT go here for grocery pickup! We had a pickup scheduled today between 4 and 5pm. The order was ready at 4:10pm. My husband arrived at 4:40pm and checked in immediately. At 5:30pm he still didn't have groceries, nor had an attendant even come outside to ask him about his order. He knocked on the pickup door several times, and also called customer service a few times as well (nobody answered the phone). He eventually went inside to speak to customer service who referred him to another worker that told him that he "needed to finish picking 2 other orders" before getting our already completed order (?????) and swiftly ran away. He came back after several minutes, looked right at my husband, then walked away again without saying a word. At 6:10pm (a full 2 hours after our order was marked as ready) he finally left WITHOUT groceries due to no assistance or resolution to our missing pickup order.Frankly, we are horrified at the experience we have had at this location. In the amount of time spent for this fiasco, we could have gone inside, shopped ourselves, and gotten out of the building in less time. Thanks to the Merrillville Walmart, we still don't have groceries and have to plan for another method of getting the items we need. Just absolutely abysmal service and we wouldn't recommend their location in the slightest.
