I purchased a vehicle from Capital Motors in 2021 and I had an amazing experience. My vehicle was in tip top shape and the older couple that was running the business were on top of things.
I recently purchased a second vehicle from them and it has been a nightmare. They are under new management and Alex is hard to reach. My has had several repair issues that is not covered by my warranty. When I test drove 3 different cars they all had body damage or the service engine or tire lights were on. Stay away from this dealer , they are not worth it. He can get anyone approved but you get what you pay for.

Let me tell you that this place does not mess around.. if you’re looking to make a no haggle purchase come on down!!! I live in Chicago and they were very helpful with doing most of the financing over the phone, so when I came in I was able to see and test drive my available options. Rema is amazing!!! I can’t say enough about her customer service. She was more than accommodating to my budget and got me in a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that fits my family needs and we absolutely love it!!!
