BEWARE, do not do business with this company! One of their selling points is that their cabinets have a lifetime warranty, but what the sales people do NOT tell you is that there is only a one year warranty on the installation. The glides on my drawers started to malfunction after a year and they want me to pay for the installation! Horrible, do not waste your money!

Went in looking for a kitchen cabinet quote and left 10 minutes after speaking with Jonathan with a printed out itemized quote for 10k. Didn’t see a virtual design, wasn’t given details on shipping/turn around time, and he didn’t bother to include the counters I was interested in.
$10k for a galley kitchen at Cabinets To Go when I was quote $3k at Home Depot at $3,200 at Menards seemed a bit wild. Would have liked to have a better experience and an actual consultation.

We have a great experience with this store and company. We came in today to purchase cabinets for our bar. Aside from a great selection, they offered good financing offers thru Wells Fargo. Would highly recommend. Ask for Jamie.

To start out with a positive, our kitchen looks beautiful! However, we have had major issues with Cabinets To Go that cost us over $1,000 more due to them not backing promises were we told. I don't think I have ever left a company negative feedback...but do want people aware so you aren't stuck in the situation we were. We had started working with Vicky as the manager. Long story short, we send our blueprints from our architect. We were in final steps of our cabinet layout when she messaged me that she went to a competitor and was trying to get me to go over there (as she had our designs). We hadn't been happy with the service she had provided so we decided to reach out to Cabinet To Go and see who the new manager was. Gabby was the new manager and was friendly and helpful. When she checked out file, there was nothing there. So, we had to start from scratch. I was able to send her pics from when Vicky was working on things...but then extended the design process weeks longer. Fast forward, we weren't ready for cabinets yet due to our drywall not being installed yet. Gabby reached out to tell us about a sale going on the cabinets we had selected. She said they need to ship though within a couple weeks to get the discount, due to them not wanting to store them at the warehouse. I said we could house them in our basement but we were NOT going to be installing for months so wouldn't be able to open them and check them out. We were made to believe any defects or damage from shipping would be taken care when we were installingdown the road . Gabby shortly after this went on maternity leave. After that things got really messy. It was so hard to get someone to get back to us when we started to experience issues. The delivery people showed up at the wrong location to deliver cabinets. Thankfully they were willing to go to the correct address. Once our installer (separate from Cabinets to Go) started install. He quickly noticed that they had not measured correctly...the sink wasn't center to the window. He looked at their design print and said he didn't know what measurements they were using but it was completely off. Their picture made it look like our plans but measurements for cabinets were incorrect. Due to the issue, we had to order 3 or 4 more cabinets to make the layout work correctly. They also didn't figure the correct total for some of the accessory's pieces and we had to order more of those as well. We were told we would get a discount on all the items due to their error. When we got the invoice, they did not honor what they said and we were charged full price for all the accessory pieces. They also didn't make it right that their measurements were way off. We also had a few damaged cabinets and they refused to make it right because it was over 60 days. When we told them originally we could house them but wouldn't be able to install for months and wanted to make sure we were still covered. I reached out to the main company customer service multiple times...had a couple very disrespectful representatives. Long story short, we had to pay for all the cabinets that broke during shipping too....and drive 2 hours one way (twice) to get the items. Now, a month after being in our home and using the cabinets, the glass upper cabinet doors are splitting...by the glass. It's an obvious defect. And at some point appears the glass will just fall out. It's cracking all 4 sides both inside and out. I contact the Merrillville office and they gave me the headquarters again...and as suspected they said it's over 60 days even if it's a defect. They offered for us to transfer to a representative to buy new doors. I said, "No, I'm not buying new doors. I want management email to give feedback on how dissatisfied we are with the cabinets and lack of backing your product" . They told me to use the contact on the website...the generic email. So, nothing being done about the defective glass cabinets either. As pretty as the cabinets are...we would never use

Keep shopping and don't waste your time here. Called on Saturday and was told it was best to come in for a quote instead of over the phone. Came in on Monday and gave Laurie my measurements and she made a few suggestions. She was the only person at the facility, so she was answering phone calls and doing her best. Said she would send me a quote by the end of the day. I called the next day asking if she could please give me the quote info over the phone as I didn't get the email. Laurie said she was glad I called back as she put my info into the computer, but must not have saved it and was hoping I'd call back. Really? You don't have the handwritten info either? If this is how a company does business just trying to get a quote, I'll take a pass. Told her that's OK, I'll go with Menards and she doesn't need to send the quote today. She hung up on me before we finished the conversation. That's real professional.

Placed an order for cabinets on 3/28/2023. I had my design done by Cabinets to Go and I had my measure done by Cabinets to go. I'm building a new construction home that caused delays by months. October 2023 comes and we are ready to put up the cabinets. The cabinets were ordered incorrectly. Manager Gabby did my design and order and Steve did my measure. There were two different designs, same design, different sized cabinets because they have different measurements. The 1st design were the cabinets needed but the 2nd design were the cabinets ordered. After explaining this Lori and the Cabinets to go in Merrillville, IN they refuse to fix my cabinets. I've been told because it's pass 60 days they won't take the cabinets back and fix the mistake they made, after Lori originally told me I had nothing to worry about and it would be corrected. Now, I have cabinets I can't use and I have to spend more money with them for the correct cabinets that should have been ordered in the 1st place.

Laurie is an exceptional sales person. My entire family came in to purchase kitchen cabinets and she was so patient and spent the necessary time answering all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend coming in and getting your needed cabinets here. The turnaround time to arrival was only one week.

Worse place to buy Cabinets. I brought new cabinets and they were use cabinets. The Instructions were in Chinese not in English. I wait two weeks for Cabinets and I was missing many parts. I would never recommend this to anyone. I am never going to come back here. It waste my time and place is very unprofessional.

We have not ordered our cabinets yet, but so far, the service was great, they took their time designing our kitchen with the measurements and plan we had. They didn't get 5 stars because we were there for at least 3 or 4 hours, they should have a coffee machine or at least offer customers a bottle of water. I didn't expect to be there that long, I was starving.

We are so happy with our new cabinets, granite countertops, and flooring. Gabby, Steve, Lisa, Kevin and Maria were very professional, friendly and understanding throughout this project. We even got to personally pick out our countertop at the supplier.

The staff is very accommodating. Walking you through the whole process making sure you have all of the pieces. Making sure your cabinets are what you want. Can’t wait to get them home and install them and be so proud!! Thank you!
