I Needed a winter coat very badly for the past 10 yrs but never had the money. I found a hooded fur lined long beautiful coat for $29.00 + tax, and some very warm pajamas. I love your prices. With everything doubling or more in costs, Burlington was my only choice.

Not happy.. my wife and I called because website and answering service said midnight… pulled in at 10:55 just to have someone stop us as we exited the car stating they were understaffed and they were closed. We sat and watched other customers leaving, and we just needed 5 mins for a gift. Happy Holidays and safe shopping

Found a coat my wife needed. They've changed, though. They seem so busy trying to sell a lot of different things, that they don't have as good a selection as in years past. Good prices, but still, a bit disappointing.

I Love Burlington, one of my fave throw something together quick, for the low stores. But one thing their employees are going to do, is steal your layaway honey. So if it's something you really want or need later on, don't put it in layaway, just cash out on it. The money will come right back. There really needs to be consequences for their actions cause in reality you see merch before it even hits the floor, I don't get it smh

Burlington had a Starbucks Molded Cup with molded liquid On The Shelf. Advised management this should be removed it’s a foul Odor near the merchandise he said “you think!?” No thank you I’ll remove that right away. He didn’t call anyone he just walked back to the registers and didn’t do a thing. Extremely Disappointed in this store

Open until 11pm according to the door and the automated message when calling the store, but the doors are locked at 10:03pm on Wednesday evening. I can’t stand driving somewhere on false pretenses and wasting my time. This isn’t a restaurant; retail stores don’t close early when it’s slow.I sometimes wonder why all these retail stores are going under, but it all starts becoming a lot more clear when it seems like the employees don’t even care enough to keep the store open during the regular hours.Stop wasting people’s time.

I usually go to this Burlington literally all the time. Not sure what happened tonight but they closed 45 minutes earlier than what it states online and on the store hours. There was an employee standing at the door letting me know that they are closed. No signs or anything no reason why even when I asked why it closed so early.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is their accommodation to parents and mothers or people with children. The store doesn’t provide carts that exit the stores. Which with theft is somewhat understandable BUT with being a single mother how do you expect someone to carry their items out of the store in a trash bag, (instead of shopping bags?) and no cart, with a baby on my hip and a diaper bag… i cant bring in a stroller and buy multiple things because it won’t fit in the stroller. Very inconvenient for people with children.

I love Burlington but I truly hate this one because everytime we come at night even before 9:30 or 10:00 they close early but the hours on the door and website says 11:00! Y’all need to hire more people or fix the hours because it’s ridiculous

This Burlington has a lot of good NBA, MLB, and NFL items for much cheaper than online or in other stores. Every time I visit I go here to purchase some good stuff.

Please update your store hours. Says open til Midnight(on Fridays) but I arrived around 10 to be told they’re closed because they’re closing soon because of staffing. That’s understandable, but also not the customers problem. Still saw customers leisurely shopping and I hated the fact I drove all the way over there to get one thing to be turned away. Waste of time and gas
