Sales. Service. Financing. Warranty issues. They do it all well. This place goes above and beyond the typical dealer. Just went thru some tire issues... David in service was great. Explained things clearly. Gave me his opinion on my options. Handed the warranty issue to Linda, who totally went to bat for me against Michelin !!!
Can't thank Bosak enough. I have leased 7 vehicles in a row, and purchased my current Jeep from them.
Wouldn't go anywhere else !!!

Dave from the service department was great until he was let go! I actual was contacted by Bozak to turn in my lease for a newer model. Ed in sales came to look at my current lease and said he would follow up with all the details. He never contacted me again even after i replied to the various sales emails I would receive from the dealership. This is why I passed on the dealership the first time and why I passed on them again. I turned in my vehicle to Thomas in Highland and now have the new vehicle I wanted. Just poor follow up twice now in 3 years. I won't give them another shot !

Your service manager is disturbingly unprofessional. Not only can’t he resolve an issue, he actually scolded me NOT TO SPEAK when he’s talking. What a joke! I heard of his volatile reputation and it’s clearly following him. Good luck! You need us customers more than we need you. Later.
