This is by far the WORST COMPANY EVER. We have been trying to transfer my mother-in-laws phone number online for over a month now. We call 4x and every time they say… we created a case and wait 3-4 days. We wanted a credit to her account for having to wait so long. The “supervisor” has no authority to DO ANYTHING! OMG…. What a WASTE OF TIME!!! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!

Worst most dishonest experience ever at the US 30 Merrillville store. Charged me for things that were NEVER mentioned and when I called the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! NEVER AGAIN. THIEVES!

This particular store is operated by thieves and liars. Does not honor Boost Mobile online sales and Boost Mobile corporate management knows this. If you want a good experience with Boost Mobile do everything online!!!!!

Buyer beware. While they have no signs and the salesperson doesn’t mention it, but they take no accessory returns even if it is unused and in the original box with receipt. Not until after the purchase and they point it out do you find the receipt states “no returns”. I can’t operate the buttons on my phone through the cheap plastic case they sold so it literally is just garbage to me.

Eddie, the sales associate at this location, was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond what any other sales person might do. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. If you are in the market for a cheaper alternative and yet still desire the best in customer care, Go see Eddie. He will get you taken care of.

Eddie is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me get the phone I wanted. He went out of his way and called to ensure I would qualify for financing for another phone. He was extremely patient with me when I was indecisive with which phone to get, phone case, etc. He took the time to explain pricing and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He remembered me from over a year ago when I first bought a phone from him. First thing he did after setting up my phone was to show me he had transfered my pictures, which was what I was so worried about over a year ago. This is TOP LEVEL customer service. Eddie actually helps people get what they want for a great deal, verses other guys who try to sell you anything, convince you it's good and only care about making the sale. If you need a phone, go to THIS Boost Mobile location and see EDDIE. Hey Eddie's boss, Eddie deserves a big raise. ?

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.
