Went to best buy to buy a tablet, the store at that time wasn't very busy. No employee approached me and ask me if I needed assistance, they would walk right by me like they were super busy or they were on their phones.
I did not make a purchase and will not go back there, customer service is unacceptable.
And if this is read by the owner or manager ,I can not follow up on social media as I am not on any of them

Staff was friendly and approached me and offered help. In this day and age, I had to step back because I haven't had such a customer service experience in years.

Merrillville IN, location: Place is failing! In another 2 years it will be gone guarantee it. The employees are slow as molasses some walk around like they don’t care about anything and the store management horrible. Julie, the sloppy looking fake blonde “manager”, She literally walked away from an employee after failing to address a technical issue and didn’t offer me, the customer ANY reassurance, just said “hmm I don’t know” and disappeared. She is a fat worthless POS and folks like her are the reason why stores fail. Fn JOKE!

Majority of the employees are incompetent and know nothing about the products they are selling. Get ready to wait a half hour before even being acknowledged as well.

Didn't have the part for mega quest and the had it ship to the house. In and out 15 min that's because we looked around the store for 10 min.

Although everyone is friendly enough, they are no help. I walked up to an employee who was on the phone with someone that seemed personal. Could be wrong but she seemed annoyed that she had to hang up to help me. Geek squad is absolutely no help. Their solution is to just send everything to Apple. Save your time and just go straight to Apple.
