“Ordered 5 tires. One tire arrived in 2 days from FedEx, the other 4 to be shipped, then delivered to my house. This appears to be a bad vendor they use, as I still don't have the tires. Tracking shows they arrived 2/15 to the trucking depot, but they swear they don't have them.Off Road has maintained communication with me and I really hate leaving 1 star but the bottom line is simple. I paid $1,900 for 5 tires and got 1. When I started calling/emailing them about this, I feel, they should have dropped everything, figured this out and ensured my delivery was finalized. As the customer, I'm spending way to much of my time making calls, sending emails trying to track these tires down. I've done my part, now it's their turn to see this transaction thru.Would I buy from again? Maybe, but drop ship this straight to my house. Don't save a few bucks using shotty freight companies.Update: After Soeaking with Jordan, he took the lead and sent me 4 more tires fedex. The logestic company is to blame for my experience. Off Road has done everything they could possibly do and I will def be doing business with them again.”

“Chuck the owner is the best mechanic I’ve ever met. First off one of my cars is an 2002 Audi Allroad a rare car in its day and even scarcer today. I love the car but they a notorious for needing a lot of maintenance . Among a number of issues with the car the most pressing was the need for a new gas tank. Unfortunately no longer made, but Chuck found a brand new OEM somewhere in Europe. Fixed that issue along with the other problems, car runs great. Who else would go to such lengths. No one that’s who. He’s the best”
