“Ordered 5 tires. One tire arrived in 2 days from FedEx, the other 4 to be shipped, then delivered to my house. This appears to be a bad vendor they use, as I still don't have the tires. Tracking shows they arrived 2/15 to the trucking depot, but they swear they don't have them.Off Road has maintained communication with me and I really hate leaving 1 star but the bottom line is simple. I paid $1,900 for 5 tires and got 1. When I started calling/emailing them about this, I feel, they should have dropped everything, figured this out and ensured my delivery was finalized. As the customer, I'm spending way to much of my time making calls, sending emails trying to track these tires down. I've done my part, now it's their turn to see this transaction thru.Would I buy from again? Maybe, but drop ship this straight to my house. Don't save a few bucks using shotty freight companies.Update: After Soeaking with Jordan, he took the lead and sent me 4 more tires fedex. The logestic company is to blame for my experience. Off Road has done everything they could possibly do and I will def be doing business with them again.”

“My car was in an accident earlier this month. We decided to call Southlake collision center. The staff was exceptionally nice from the day we dropped off our car to when we picked it up. The car had a lot of damage and we were unsure if it could be saved. They did everything in their power to save the vehicle and were able to make it happen! When we called we mostly talked to Kim. Kim was so nice and very helpful every time we called. Thank you Southlake Collision for the fantastic job!”

“Just an autozone. But it carries a larger selection of windshield wipers than other locations specifically the valucraft brand. It was fast and easy, in and out experience. Everyone there was polite no problems with the staff. I found everything that I needed at the time and the gentleman checker asked me for my phone number right away to make sure I get my rewards to my account which some other locations would forget to ask me. Everything was stocked, clean and presentable”
