I purchase a living room set. I was told if I waited 20 days I will have all my porches delivered at once. The time came they told me that they didn’t have only one set. No one did not gave me a curiosity called to say that did not have the complete order. After dropping off one piece of my set. I had to call them two weeks later to see what was going on with my order . costumer service is horrible. ????? never will go back or recommend any one.

Khaled, was my salesperson and he was fantastic! Knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly! The store is beautiful, all in all I’m happy I stopped in and I’m very pleased with my purchase!

I ordered furniture for my house in December of 2023. I move back into my house in the end of August, I'm told at the begining of July the order is ready to be scheduled. I receive a text message that half the order is now not ready and needs to be rescheduled. I currently live several states away from where the furniture is being delivered and I had to set up arrangements for months ahead of time to have someone there to recieve everything. I'm on the phone with support for an hour before they say theres nothing they can do for me. I dont understand how the order is being delayed when I purchased the furniture 9 months ago. I'm holding up my end of the deal by giving Ashley 10 grand and they are kicking the can down the road and being nothing but wildly inconvienient from delivery to customer support. I wish I would have listened to friends and family and never bought from Ashley Furniture.

I had been very frustrated with your company after buying a bedroom set . After only 2 months, one of the slats that hold mattress up snapped. Of course, I had purchased insurance but when I contacted customer service, I got the run around. After numerous calls and chats with AI , they said they could send me 19 dollars. Certainly I was upset with this and face up til today when I decided to go in store and met with manager JAKE who was able to get me a whole new piece and have it delivered to my house. I am very pleased now

Had a wonderful time being able to walk around with my dad and check out the designs at this spacious Ashley store. I also work for Ashley but a few states away and love seeing how others display and design. We were greeted by Helen and instantly felt at ease after speaking with her. My dad loved laying in mattresses! From Stearns, TempurSealy, the ever-famous Ashley Bed-in-A-Box, seeing what bedroom collection he’d like and kitchen table. Many beautiful choices! The financing options are clear as day with tags, definitely making it easier to envision all the rooms I could fill at the monthly breakdown portion. The Consultants, Sleep specialist and Visual that I was able to meet today were sweet and super down to earth. We also got a little token (window sill plant accessory) to take home with us as a great memory. If I get anyone from my direction moving towards the 219, I’ll recommend they visit this Ashley!

We shopped at Ashely for a couch ottoman and love seat, we added the extended warranty. It came out to about 3200. We think the quality is decent, but found two small tears in ottoman and love seat. We have had to place multiple calls to get the replacement fabric for the items. Between waiting for those items to come and it’s the 3rd phone call to schedule. Their systems for how to contact them is so far removed that it is nearly impossible to talk to the right person about the right thing. After trying to get this resolved from July, I know now I will never shop there again. Very disappointed.
