Worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. RUN far away from Art Hill Lincoln and to a Lincoln dealership somewhere else. Terrible customer service, lied about repairs done to my vehicle and the following day had to take to a different Ford dealership to properly fix the problem Art Hill "claimed" to repair. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the time, money, and energy. Give your business to someone else that puts you FIRST. One and done here!

Boris at Art Hill was professional, friendly and amazingly helpful. I looked at and drove several different cars anticipating my search would be at least 2 weeks long. Boris showed me Lincolns, and Fords and had Greg take me over to the Mazda lot to try those. Patience, key points about each vehicle, financing and warranties were clear and driving several made my decision for a Lincoln Corsair the perfect choice. I drove it home that afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and encouraging. They made the experience memorable rather than stressful! Thanks Boris!

don't ever take your car here i had a paper that my car need a recall so i took it to the and they said they would fix it and i left to go eat and when i come back they tell me that my break lines was contaminated and they said that it was black and they can't do nothing about even though my car wasn't and it was working just fine until i bought my car to them they said that my car was bad to drive so i had to pay to get a tow truck and take it to another maintenance and they said that it was not brake fluid it was transmission fluid that they put in my car and when i call the ford manager service he said that they already fire the mechanic that was working on my car and he's been working for 12 years and he kept denying it they just want someone to pay over $4000

Having my Ford Flex fixed at the Repair shop!! Got me in 1 day found the water pump problem!!! Had to pull engine found me a rental!!! Very professional and friendly!!!Will Definitely return again when the next time happens!!!!

I had my Ford Fusion in for service at Art Hill Ford. Worst experience ever. The service writer Tiffany was awful. She was rude and did not know anything about my car. Her answer was always "I'm not a mechanic and neither are you". She kept referring to the technicians as "her boys". It was a big mess, not to mention they did not do a satisfactory repair. I wouldn't hire Tiffany to work at Burger King. She was absolutely the worst.

I've previously reviewed Art Hill but it was on the Ford side. This time I went to take a look at CX-30s, CX-5s and CX-50s.The sale guy would not let me drive the car without him being in it. Something about a previous customer wrecking a car without insurance.Well, I don't give a 'F' about a previous customer. I'm 61, I have insurance and have bought over 20 new cars. I don't need some salesman riding with me as I try out a car.I let him know to tell the owner that he lost a sale and left without driving a car.I'll never give Art Hill a chance again.
