Due to miscommunication between the Doctor's office and Apria I didn't get fast communication. They did respond but I didn't receive messages until days later again not Apria's fault. But once communication was established they had someone out the next day early and the gentleman who showed was friendly, explained everything clearly and quickly. He was accommodating as I was also informed just as he arrived of my mother's death and he was patient waiting for me to finish call with my sibling. So, if he's representative of the professionalism of the staff then I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of durable medical equipment.

This place is a scam more hidden charges and on going fees can't tell you what was charged to you or your insurance do not use this company supplies I never received just a total scam

So far not off to a great start. I signed contract for an ResMed Airsense 11 told my insurance approved it and it was the best one and would receive in 2-3 days. After a week, and still not receiving it I called and left a voicemail, despite the voicemail saying I would get a call back I didn't. When I called again, I was told I should never have been told 2-3 days, 5-6 was more like it. I said it's over a week now and he said it shipped yesterday and it then arrived 2 days later. It had ResMed masks but until I started looking on line to resolve some issues and realized this doesn't look like mine . They shipped me a brand that runs cheaper at least online and has no online support app, like the airsense does. I called and left another message. I need the correct model and feel bait and switched. Also, they have very limited M-F hours day hours.

Stay clear of getting C-Pap from thus place. It’s been a nightmare! Had sleep study done and told would get results within a week. Weeks later still nothing. Hounded them fir 2 weeks to get it. Here we are mid October and just got c-pap. Had received call asking what type of mask wanted and after discussion and their recommendation agreed to a Phillips full mask covering muse and mouth. Then hit call saying didn’t qualify fir c-pap without 2nd Dr. Recommendation. Finally c/lap arrived and got a mask that just covers nose. This entire ordeal was frustrating. I called repeatedly and no one returned calls. Kept getting recording. Now waiting on new mask to arrive. Again tell your Doctor you refuse to use this organization and save yourself a lot of frustration. Would have given rating of negative trillion if that option was available!!!!!

terriable customer service. I called and got disconnected. I called again and after being told I was second in line I got disconnected again. I called a third time and got someone who wanted me to pay a past due bill before it went to collections. He gave me the amount due and i told him that is not the monthly amount that I usually pay every month and also I do not pay by ebaypay. I also got an insurance statement today and the amount shown for my portion due is not what he was saying was due. I will call my insurance company today and try to straighten this out

I'm reviewing after getting service from other companies. I'm being generous by giving a 2. They give you a concentrator to fill up the cylinders yourself, except the cylinders NEVER fill!! They won't supply you with a portable tank which is so weird! You call for help and no one ever returns your call. So over it.Our new company drops off tanks, and left so many tanks of various sizes for us to use. They also will drop off a portable tank the day before and will pick it up the following day. Haven't had an issue not even ONCE!Get it together Apria.

I recently received a new CPAP machine. Went to the Merrillville office to get some help with some issues I was having. I was irritated when I got there because it said you needed an application. I called and immediately received assistance from Abe. He came out to my car, answered all my questions and helped me troubleshoot some things. I feel he went above and beyond and told me if I had further issues to call him directly and he would help me figure it out.

I have had to oder a new mask twice i cannot use my machine because the mask my machine came with biut sufficate me still waiting for a new mask if they actually sent me on im tryi g to get cleared for surgry and will have to post pone it due to not bei g abke to use my machine

Avoid this place at all costs. This will only cause further mistrust of the medical system we all are forced to deal with.
