I appreciate Alexis I was going to use an old pair of glasses. Alexis ran me a pair of new glass frame Florence designer. I didn't have to pay for my glasses just the insurance for replacement. That's why I appreciate Alexis thank you for hiring Alexis. She made a difference for me on that day. The entire staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff is very caring & Nice. The Dr. Was the Greatest, friendly, caring, truthful( he told me my eyes didn't really change, so I didn't need to purchase glasses unless I just wanted new ones.

I have not been to an eye doctor in years. I called Americas Best in Merrillville ahead of time to get an estimate on pricing with my insurance. Alexis was very patient with me, made it very easy for me to understand. She made me feel so comfortable. The eye doctor was excellent as well. He recommended me some eye drops to help with my dry eyes since I fly a lot as a flight attendant. I highly recommend this America’s Best location. Hope you get the chance to work with Alexis as well!

I have been going here for years. I am very happy with the service I have received here and will continue to be a loyal customer.
However, in terms of their online ordering, I will never use them again. I used them for years until I started experiencing problems out of them recently. You cannot get them on the phone and when you do, they are totally inept. It was convenient to use them because prescription verification was simple due to them all being the same company. However, recently, my prescription stayed in a pending status and I sent several emails as well as tried to contact them. They ended up canceling my order with no recourse.
I went over to 1800 – contacts and the prescription was $40 cheaper so at the end of the day, their rudeness did me a favor.
This in no way reflects on the services I receive at their actual store, which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Shnail did a awesome job today, great customer service and team work, she ask another employee to help her out and that other employee was more of no and she didn’t come aggressive to the other employee she finish her customer and help me with what I need.

Thought it was going to be a good experience but after waiting one hour for someone to help me, I left. I was literally standing there waiting with my frames picked out ready to go and every single person who came in after me was helped, I will not be visiting this location.
