My experience with this mechanic has been absolutely great! Jen is kind and helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know you. You are treated like a person, not a dollar sign. Both of the Mechanics that I’ve interacted with have also been absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my car today and the mechanic had every opportunity to feed me false hope and to lead me down a never ending path of throwing money into my car that is at the end of its life. He was honest and gave me great suggestions on how to best remedy my situation while I figure out the next steps towards getting a new vehicle. He listened to my concerns and offered me helpful advice. I will definitely be bringing my new car to this shop for all routine maintenance and repairs. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, 5 Stars-Hands down the best!

Thank you American Complete!! I went to them with an unusual problem and they didn't hesitate to help to me (and I might add at no charge). I could not get my old license plate off to replace it with the new plate and they did it with a smile and they changed the old rusty screws with new ones. Wow! They do it all. I noticed that my car was pulling to the left and would vibrate even at low speeds. I had to work today but needed to make sure my car was in tip top shape. I stopped by American Complete and Jen and Jim went above and beyond their call of duty to help. You clearly explained the process, and I was out in a short time. You have a very welcoming spirit and were actually friends of my previous mechanic. If anyone needs any assistance with their vehicle for a fair rate, definitely come here. Paid almost 1k for repairs. They replaced my calipers and didn’t bolt them down. So we were driving over a month without these screws and happened to find out when we took our car in for new tires. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

It was the correct shop, and we have the damage on our rim to prove it. I'd never leave a fake review on anyone's business.
Thankfully we're safe and now our vehicle is too.
