Bought a car from here for 1800 with insurance and plates included I was so thirsty and young in a rush to get something I never got my bill of sales I never received my plates or my information to get them they gave me white paper b.s plates the police ran my plates multiple times and basically it’s phony doesn’t run back the first month went by I called to pay my note they sent me different banks all the banks I called said my loan wasn’t with them months go by still no answer I came in one day I over heard the worker saying they didn’t have the tittle to my car which didn’t make any sense I believe the bank never accepted the loan and they took my money anyways please shop else where this a black owned business is a scam!!!

Unreliable company and Wright Willie Crosby, Jr, ALMOST A BANKRUPT. Currenly Wright Willie Crosby, Jr and its Wright Way Motors LLC owe us a big amount of money. The age of the overdue exceeds 2 months!!!! The company cannot afford to pay even 50 USD to us... Do not believe them as they cannot simply stick to their own promises. Mr/s ignoring all our phone calls and emails! We are preparing our documents to start legal action soon with all legal consequences as the seizing of assets and garnishment.We hope this review serves as a warning to potential partners, helping them avoid similar negative experiences.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE FRAUD!! They KNOWINGLY sold me a bad car and are basically refusing to fix it! It hasn’t even been a full month and I can’t drive it! They are unprofessional, does not answer when you call and are very rude over the phone! I had to call MULTIPLE times just to get a call back and when I did get a return call they basically said there’s nothing they could do about my car and to come pick it up when I brung it to them 3 days prior to the call. DO NOT do business with them they are black owned! It be our own people!

Young lady said a vehicle was there along with the virtual email robot. Drove 3hrs and car sold months ago. Along with others on website that been sold. I try and support the community but that's unacceptable. Owner very nice gentleman. But presentation needs work!

Beware this black owned establishment. They are scammers and liars they want to take your hard earned money and play games with you . They take advantage of black people they sell bogus and stolen cars. This place is a joke as well as the owner, who is the biggest scammer there and should not be in business. All there cars are in bad shape or the transmission about to fall out the car. They doctor up the paperwork and lie so they can sell a car. People, please beware of this place. Take your hard earned money to a place that's well established!!

"To Provide a Fair, Respectful, and Efficient Service to all Customers, Everytime, All the Time.”HAHA! They do not!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They took advantage of my 20 year old son. Sold him a car. 1 year later, it was DEEMED UNSAFE TO DRIVE. The WHOLE FRAME was rusted through like it had been setting in flood waters and they won't do anything.

Willie Wright, the wife, Rico, Joe the sale staff the mechanics all are great, the got me the car I wanted and I been happy every since they all especially willie work there butts of to get me in the vehicle I wanted , my car is great 5 star dealership

Very very poor service, Willie Wright is very unprofessional and so is his staff they do things very illegally and then you call them out on it they get upset! A lot of clown behavior in this establishment DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they give you broken cars and make you spend thousands just to get it fix and just run all over you like I stated do not buy anything from here.
