Aaron's Furniture in Merrillville is seriously the Worst One I've ever been to. Customer service, TRASH. No one wants to do their job. Always putting any phone call with a question on an employee that's "not in today" in order to not deal with the issue at hand. I literally had to go up there to get anything done. Then their delivery men are a joke. They didn't even have the correct tools to assemble the furniture for one. For two, I provided them the correct tools to assemble said furniture and still stripped out heads and STILL left everything finger tight. So I had to reassemble everything myself. On top of that, they forgot to bring 2 of the 8 pieces which took another 30 days to receive and then when they did come in they tried to tell us it was not on our lease agreement. Lastly, we originally leased an eight-piece, but since two pieces were forgotten, they charged us for an six-piece outfit PLUS two additional items equaling more than the total of the eight‐piece we originally ordered. Worst service ever! I Will not be leasing anything else from this location again! I would leave zero Stars if possible.

They need to learn to talk to people better instead of always having an attitude or lying about how you have to have a card on File to rent from them. Cause you don't have to have a card on file.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER! If I could give them zero stars I would! A technician came out to my house in January of this year before I paid off my sofa to examine it and order a new middle cushion for it because it sinks in every time we sit on it. He ordered it here at the apartment with me then I confirmed with the store that it was ordered and the eta (which was 4-8 weeks). I then proceeded to pay off my sofa in full and haven’t heard from them about the matter since. I have called the store a million times over the last 9 MONTHS and they keep giving me the run around saying they will look into and call back but they don’t. I have even called corporate and gotten no response. Everyone from corporate to the store management are pitiful liars. I just wish they had the same sense of urgency they did trying get a day or two late payment from me; calling me nonstop, harassing my boyfriend and grandmother when they couldn’t get a hold of me at work (I had to remove their contact info because it got so bad) and even banging down my apartment door.

Shankman at the Merrillville store was Amazing! She was very professional and patient with me through every step. She handled everything with quality customer care and I needed that with how I was feeling prior to walking the store. Thanks again Shanika!

Never again, if i am one day late they harass you with phone calls, show up to your door knocking very hard!!!! I pay every month even if im a few days late I literally only have a handful of payments left, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER, also the people working there are clueless especially the staff they send “to let you know i havent paid” USE YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE WISELY AND HIRE BETTER!!!!!!!! Super annoyed with this company!!!

Was very informative on how I can pay my bill in the store! Wasn't aware that I needed cash to pay in store ! Was helpful in getting my pay date changed to the 2nd of every month. Staff was friendly and helpful the store was clean.

Never ever will do business again. My fridge went out. It’s covered under warranty. It took two weeks for a loaner to get to us. They just showed up at my home one day not a curtesy call nothing. Not once did a manager even contact us regarding anything. Corporate is a joke as well. They tell you the store manager and area manager will contact you. They don’t! My fridge that I make monthly payments for was returned to me with black mold and damages that were not mine!Very unprofessional staff. They do not care unless they are getting their payment. Will never recommend to anyone!

Ordered a fridge a week ago. Been pending for 5 days for delivery. Store never called but says its in stock. Called to cancel my order and got hung up on... never again.

I purchase items here quite a bit, my only complaint is that if you are 1 day late with your payment the phone calls are borderline harrassment. I have an oustanding account and always pay my bill but the harrassing phone calls
