Wish I could leave a no star review. Was almost ran off the road by one of their trucks. Called dispatch to complain about the driver and the dispatcher got an attitude with me when I called to report the driver. And then began to argue with me about the trucks location and proceeded to hang up. Talk about low class service and we want them in our time of need?

The 5 star goes to the gentleman who rescued us off of I94 in burns harbor on 1/20/2024, he did a wonderful job and deserves a raise and then some . I can't thank him enough!!

Ordered through progressive and got a driver in under 3 hours. Driver was a real awesome guy, took good care of my baby. 10/10

Had a issue where title was in the glove box.In order to get vehicle out I needed the title to obtain tow release.Was told that I could either give them the title + 300 cash to retrieve my personal property or go get the tow release. Informed them I needed to have title and they brushed it off. The owner was rude and when informed of the attorney general office advising a report to be made for predatory business practices she suggested I go that route and hung up. The tow cost was $250 + 6 days of storage comes to $550 total but demand $1050 for the release, claiming it was "recovery" fees + "administrative" fees?

1st Response illegally towed my car from a private property then billed me $1100. When I tried to work with them on this issue they were very rude and combative. They basically stole my vehicle and informed me there was nothing I could do about it. Beware of this company. They are a high priced scam owned by criminals.Service: Car towing

This company illegally towed my vehicle and then charged me $1150 for the tow which I could not pay. When I begged for any options they were very rude and combative. The basically stole my vehicle. This is a criminal company out to scam you. Beware

I called to have my car towed to a shop. they quoted me $140. The driver showed up and charged me $220. Demanded cash right then and there and said it was an extra $80 for jumping my car. I asked for a receipt for insurance and it only said $140, so this thief pocketed those $80. I explained the situation to the office multiple times and they keep saying that they'll call me back, that the owner isn't there, etc...It's been weeks now and they are clearly giving me the run around. Who knows how many people this thief has stolen from, and the company is doing nothing about it. One wonders if they are in on it themselves at this point. Their lack of action is very concerning. If I learned that one of my employee was lying and stealing from my customers I'd be livid and I'd make it right as soon as possible.0/10. Terrible. Would not recommend.

1st Response (Yes 1st with the 1, same phone number and EVERYTHING.) Dropped my car into a ditch & tried to lie about it!! When I called the company the manager tried to ARGUE WITH ME. Luckily they lied the entire time, and even the pics they provided supported out story, so they ended up being responsible for everything. They're permanently saved in my phone as the $hi++y towing. I wouldn't trust these people with my sons toy car. I recommend you find literally anyone else.Service: Car towing

Driver loaded my Yukon on the side of i-65 like a pro! And he was GOOD PEOPLE.......dispatcher was PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!But i kept picturing Louie from TAXI....Very reasonable rate! Again my hat is tipped to the driver!

Joe is the man!!! After a long night at the fair my buddy and I started heading home in his 7.3. Damn thing left us walking…AGAIN, why we keep driving it everywhere we go you may ask? I dont know. Anyways Joe rolled up on us unannounced and offered his services at an extremely reasonable price too which we couldnt refuse, mind you its 1 am on a school night. So after our trip home he unloads us and shoots the shiznit with us for a minute then he leaves. On his way out he blasted my neighbors hideous so called “wall” which consists of two by fours and cinderblocks which is used as a ghetto property line. My buddy and I laughed so hard we cried good times Joe. Anyways overall great guy, great rate, great service, cool dog. Would recommend.Service: Car towing
