I wanted to highlight that I own a Marketing Agency. The Liveish Agency. I reached out to Customers First RV on a few occasions to offer my services. My first introductions was with a man who let me know that the owner would be the one to make any such decision. He was extremely pleasant and let me know that he would be back on Friday and that the best time to catch him would be after lunch. I called back Friday after lunch and that same voice answered the phone as pleasantly as before. I asked if the owner was in and he said no Mike ran to the bank but should be back in 45 minutes. I called back again about an hour later and a lady answered just as pleasantly. I asked for Mike. She said he had gone home for the day. I let her know why I was calling and she genuinely let me know that Mike had just lost his partner and was dealing with a lot right now. I gave my condolences and at the end of the call I said thank you so much for your time. She said you too darling. What genuine kindness and authenticity I thought as I hung up the phone.The interactions with these folks brought back an immediate connection and remembrance to days growing up in THE RV CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. Elkhart County. I am from Goshen Indiana. It reminded be of all the great owners of the RV factories that I had the pleasure to know growing up and of all the great folks that I worked with building these trailers before I left for college. There really is no place like home. I am thankful and impressed with the way these folks made me feel right back at home in such brief instances.Without ever having stepped foot in the door at this location I can assure you of the quality of business these folks provide. As well as the quality of relationship they provide to their customers.

Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Came up from Louisiana where the technician was unable to fix my refrigerator under warranty.. the techs at Customers First had it figured out in about half an hour. Once the parts were ordered and came in things were fixed quickly. They did everything they said they were going to. I would recommend them to anyone. Will go out of my way again to have them work on my travel trailer.

Great experience buying a camper. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. We picked our camper up on a Friday and they stayed over almost to 7pm to show us the set up of our new camper. They did not rush us and were very helpful. Highly recommend buying from them.

Stopped on our travels because our rooftop air conditioner on our Class B RV was leaking water after a severe rainstorm. The technician at Customers First RV came right out and tightened down the AC. I would recommend them especially because they were willing to help with our emergency.

We have rv issues while traveling back to Michigan the day after we bought our DRV Elite. Tiffany and Brad were over the top helpful with getting us checked in dropping our unit off at end of their day. Stayed with all the issues to complete repairs to ensure we made it back to Michigan next trip.We are so thankful for Brad and Tiffany knowledge, experience and patience. They surely made a difficult situation less of a disaster.
