“Everyone there is polite and helpful. The site manager goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Knows your name by face and always greets you to let you know he's around if needed and has cold water in the office for these hot days. The facility itself is what you'd expect a storage place to be. The people make this location great.”

“Brookville road self storage is a clean, well keep facility, the manager Pam is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, very knowledgeable about the storage business and takes her job very serious. She will help you all that she can, I've had at least three conversations with her and she is very pleasant, she works hard at making sure you have the right size unit for your needs and she is out there every day picking up paper and sweeping the lot. I highly recommend Brookville road self storage...”

They provided one more man for the move than a competitor and they moved everything in about 2 hours less than what they originally quoted. They stored our items overnight for a reasonable fee and placed everything back where it belonged the following day.”
“I would not want to store my prizes possessions anywhere else. If I forget to make my payment on time they give me a courtesy call to remind me. I know the units are safe and clean, plus the xustomer service is the best!”

You need better advertisement signs)”
