Dishonest. Final charge for minor damage repair was $200. more than estimate, without prior notification.In follow-up to the inaccurate response to my previous complaint:I did NOT scream at the woman sitting behind the desk in your office (the relevance of saying she is your daughter is of no consequence). I was actually the person with tears in my eyes, as I was terribly disappointed to find that an additional $192.29 had been added to the repair cost WITHOUT prior explanation. It is my expectation that a change in cost should be discussed with the customer BEFORE proceeding with repairs (by an ethical service provider). I was NOT asked to wait. I was told, after the receptionist made a phone call, that the higher amount was the price I must pay. There was NO suggestion whatsoever that a price adjustment could be made. And why would the only person in the office "not know what was going on" (your words)? The person responding to my initial review was not present when I picked up my car, and yet this person is happy to make additional false statements which further support my initial review - DISHONEST!

Decent work, but not the friendly type. I don’t think they like doing insurance work. We got the impression we were a hassle to them when State Farm sent us there for repairs.

Got an estimate and scheduled my appointment a week and a half prior to my scheduled repair date. On the scheduled day I called in the morning to check and make sure the guy who needed to be there was there to repair my car. Guy on the phone told me that he wasn’t even sure if the person necessary for the paintless dent repair would be there that day, and said he would call me back in the next half hour to confirm whether or not he was coming, and I never got a call back. Simply put, don’t schedule someone if you aren’t organized enough to know when workers are coming or going. Simple as that. Very poorly run and unprofessional. Needless to say I’ll be fixing my vehicle elsewhere.

I called twice to see if I needed to make an appointment for a preliminary estimate, they assured me I did not. I showed up between the time frame they allowed, scheduled to be off of work, only for him to tell me he has a doctors appointment and can't do it. No apology. He took pics instead since I could't come back later, and said that he would call me tomorrow to give me an update. 3 days went by and I had to call HIM. Turns out he STILL hadn't looked at it, and put his excuses back on the customer, telling me he has guys out, etc. He should have told me when I called the first 2 times that he didn't have the capacity for it. I took my car somewhere else, and told my insurance company (who recommended him) that this place is a joke. They shouldn't be a State Farm preferred shop. I will not return, TERRIBLE customer experience. Can't imagine what the experience would have been like if I had my repairs here. Probably no communication and lots of delays. Glad I went somewhere else.

The owner is very rude im a yow truck driver i was bringing him a car and he cuss me out abt bringing it to him thts where the customer Insurance company sent i would not recommend him to anyone

Jim is great, he’s been in the community for 35 years, multiple generations of families trust their cars to him. I bring mine 5 hours out of state for him to fix it. His shop is trustworthy and will make sure your car is fixed right.

I walked in and walked right out within five minutes. The man and woman at the front desk were arguing like a bickering old couple the entire time I was inside. When it finally became my turn as a customer to be helped after they finish their argument the guy was irritated and talk to me like he was angry with me. I decided to use another collision repair center where I would happily greeted, treated with respect, and taken care of almost immediately.
