Always great service. No pressure selling by counter staff/manager. Enormous pothole in parking lot doesn’t represent the company well, however. Corporate should get that fixed!!!

I had 2 bent rims repaired, all 4 TPMS sensors working fine when vehicle was left. Upon pick up, 1 sensor now inoperable. ?
They take no ownership in this, and wouldn't offer any concession in correcting it. I even offered to provide the part if they would install it. Denied.

Love my new tires. Joe did an awesome job explaining everything. And got us into exactly with what we needed and wanted. I got tires 1 day and my son the next. He is very satisfied with his tires as well. This is my third set of tires from here. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend. Thank You Neal tires

I called to squeeze in an alignment on my truck. They got me in then called me to tell me my truck was done. So I came to pick it up. The tire in front are pointing towards the engine. I say hey the tires aren’t straight and the fat Mexican behind the desk said does it drive straight. I’m like it does but the tires aren’t straight. So I ask if they can fix that and he says not today. Come back in two weeks and we can. I will never go there again. I will drive past the place to go somewhere else. I highly suggest going somewhere else with better service

We have gone to Neal’s for years. They have always taken care of and have fixed our cars in a thorough, precise, and timely manner. They are very pleasant and accommodating. I don’t think they are particularly economical but I think their charges are reasonable and probably about middle of the road. I trust them completely. I never worry about unnecessary work being done. I am certainly willing to pay a fair price for the quality of care my autos receive.

I've purchased several sets of tires and had Neal Tire do all of my oil changes for many years. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll go back. I had a flat tire on my lawnmower. I took the tire on the rim to them after I even marked the hole. In the past, they would plug a tire for me and send me on my way. I had to drop it off and then call them 4 hours later to see if it was done. It was a simple plug. They charged me $30 for a simple tire plug. Discount tire does that for free. Guess where I'm going next time.
