Had our washing machine go out on Thursday, so called Waymans first thing Friday morning. I researched the model I wanted and they said they had it in stock. Saturday morning it was delivered. The entire call took about 10 minutes. My wife is happy, so I'm happy.

Was not pleased with my first refrigerator it had a loud hum to it. Talk to Mr Wayman he took the refrigerator backand order another one it's working great. Thank you so much!!Mr Wayman

Great, friendly folks who know their stuff about appliances! Bought a washer from them a few months back and it's amazing. It's nice to have a local place to support, and especially so when there's a good selection, and knowledgeable staff. Definitely would go back for any other appliances in the future

A year ago I got a new heating element for my stove it was pretty fast service and I was pretty happy you can imagine my disappointment today when I called and they said they no longer sell parts as they don't have a service person I imagine in today's economy not providing a vital service to your local community that doesn't have any other option might leave some customers salty doesn't seem very wise

We do not recommend because they do not stand behind their appliances. We purchased what we thought was "Top of the Line" Speed Queen set. When dryer installed, it was defective, but they replaced the part and it worked for a few months. Dryer drum again came apart and shredded a load of clothes because of sharp pieces. Called Wayman's and they said is a Speed Queen issue and not their problem. Have been without a dryer since Oct 21st. We call Speed Queen and they say part is back ordered and no date they will have the part. This review is written by Ryan and Vanessa's Mother. I live in Pana, IL....as a family we have purchased 4 different Speed Queen sets. Appliance Store in Pana, IL had Speed Queen issue. They brought out a loaner washer until Speed Queen can get the part and repair their appliance. Difference in a Store that stands behind their products and a store that does not! Wayman's has our money and could care less! Poor Customer Service!
